オーストラリアタスマニア州の4つ星ホテル

私たち家族3人は翌朝ハーバートからメルボルンへ飛ぶ予定だったので、このホテルを選びました。午後9時頃に到着しましたが、チェックイン手続きは迅速でした。ホテルの外には駐車スペースがたっぷりある大きな駐車場があります。おそらく私たちが駐車したのがかなり遅かったため、ホテルは私たちに5オーストラリアドルの駐車料金を請求しませんでした。これは嬉しい驚きでした。車をお持ちでない場合は、ホテルから空港までのシャトルバスもご利用いただけます。 予約した部屋にはシングルベッドが3台あり、スーツケース3個を広げるのに十分なスペースがありました。ホテルは少し古いですが、よく手入れされていて全体的に清潔で快適なので、短期滞在に適しています。

Excellent, hearty and warm service. The airport skybus stop is right in front of the hotel (frequency 40 mins, whole ride 25 mins from or to airport). Room and bed very comfy. Free bottle water and welcome cookies. The trash bins inside the room are too small however. Buffet breakfast is decent too. Locationwise, not the best. No restaurants or groceries nearby (just restaurants inside hotels). Need a bit of walk (5-10 mins) to reach the very centre where the shops are.

What were all the experience was very good and we enjoyed it a lot and it was a nice place to live in an entire Hobart and view was amazing

ロンセストン市街地にあり、ヨークストリートのすぐそばで、ウールワースにも近く、とても便利でした。駐車料金は一泊10ドルで許容範囲です。チェックイン時にサイダーがもらえ、2階で温かいサイダーを一杯飲んで、とてもリラックスできました。部屋の設備はすべてブランド品で、全体的に見てコスパは良いと思います。

森の中の木の家は、このエリアでの滞在に最適な場所です。景色はとても美しく、ホテルの設備は充実しており、駐車場も便利です。部屋からハネムーンベイまでは徒歩10分です。ホテルのレストランも美味しいです。

It is prefect to stay with children. The room is small, but it is super clean. We love the window in the roof and animals and fruit trees are around us. We picked some pears, and plums. We fed the chicken and ducks, sheeps, hourses, and cow. My daughter really love them!!! The staff in reception are super nice! They gave my daughter animal food many times and still giving us a welcomed face! Really appreciated that! Only one suggestion wanna make that there are only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer may not enough when some groups come. Thank you!

午後6時のチェックイン締め切りに気づきませんでした。クレイドルマウンテンハイキングを終えてホテルに到着した時には、まだ10分しか経っていませんでした。最初は受付の入り口を間違えたのかと思いました（B&Bではなくちゃんとしたホテルなので、日没が午後8時なのに、こんなに早くチェックインできるとは思っていませんでした）。受付カウンター（外から見えるガラスのドア）には明らかにスタッフが2人座っていましたが、いくらノックしたりジェスチャーをしても追い払われました。小さな金属製の箱があり、そこにはメールで送られてきたコードが入っていて、鍵が入っていました。しかし、私のメールには「メールの内容を表示できません！」という大きなメッセージが表示されていました。ホテルに電話しましたが、誰も出ず留守番電話に繋がってしまったので、メッセージを残しました。Ctripに連絡しようとしたまさにその時、ようやく誰かが出てきて箱を開け、鍵をくれました。なんて傲慢なのでしょう！

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

部屋は綺麗でした。道路側だったので、車の音や歩行者信号の音が少しうるさかったです。また、朝食をとっていないのに朝食代を私のクレジットカードから勝手に引き落としていました。他にも勝手に$1クレジットカードから引いていたり正直恐ろしいです…現在問い合わせ中ですがなかなか対応が遅くもどかしいです。このクレジットカードの勝手な引き落としがなければ良かったのですが、今は次このホテルには泊まりたくない気持ちです。

A quaint hotel close to the historic Port Arthur site. We were given a cosy 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, lounge and dining area so we cooked the food we already had. Great service from the reception staff. Can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat there. I would definitely stay there again. No hesitation in recommending this budget hotel for accommodation.
