イギリスウェスト･ヨークシャーで、ジムのあるホテル

美しい場所。素晴らしい景色を望む角に素晴らしい部屋がありました。提起された唯一の問題は、トイレットペーパーがなく、ホットチョコレートの小袋とビスケットのパックが1つしかないため、夜に恐ろしいチョコレートとビスケットのパックをそれぞれ食べることができませんでした。再び滞在し、スパ施設を利用するでしょう。プールとスチームルームとサウナは完璧でした。食べ物は5 *でした

1. ホテルは適度な位置にあり、アクセスが簡単です。ホテルの道路を挟んだビジネスビルの階下には、食品を中心としたスーパーマーケット「マーサ」があり、グルメ愛好家を満足させることができます。同時に、交差点には小さなスーパーマーケットが 2 つあり、その他の日用品の購入も容易です。ホテルはリーズ駅に非常に近いので、近隣都市への移動も簡単です。 2. 客室は全体的に清潔で整頓されており、窓は開閉可能（30度）で室内と外の空気が循環します。 3. 使い捨てスリッパ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉などのアメニティを提供します。

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

本当に素敵なホテル。非常に早く到着し、両方の部屋が準備ができていました。これは素晴らしい歓迎であり、本当に感謝しています!フレンドリーなチェックインと本当に清潔で素敵なホテル。 駐車場は小さくて本当にタイトなので、大きなSUVは持っていません!唯一の問題は、枕が私たちの好みに合わないほどしっかりしていないことですが、それは個人的な感度です。私たちは通常、私たちと一緒に持って行きます。全体的に、素敵なホテルで、再び滞在します。

Great location near the city centre, discounted parking very close by £17:50/24 hours. Very clean, lovely looking restaurant although did not eat there. Good coffee also available just outside. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stop as it’s near to car parking (pre-book your parking space )shops & restaurants  The hotel is very clean with nice comfortable rooms  Staff are very friendly & knowledgeable on where to go If you want to visit the skybar you may need to pre book a table at busy times otherwise you can just turn up & use a tables that has been reserved & the staff will inform you when that table is needed

私たちは結婚式の直後にこのホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルが以前とは様変わりしていることは明らかでした。まず、道路工事のため閉鎖されていたため、ホテルに直接入る入り口がありませんでした。事前に予約していたにもかかわらず、私たちはそのことに気付きませんでした。ホテルの電話番号は機能しておらず、部屋の電話もつながりませんでした。そのため、ホテルへの行き方を見つけるまで、私はウェディングドレスを着たまま脇道で車の中で待たなければなりませんでした。スムーズなチェックインになるはずだったのに、とても時間がかかりました。直接電話してみましたが、電話は機能せず、スタッフは皆、電話がどうなっているのか全く分かっていないようで、それぞれ違う話をしていました。 夫がチェックインに行ったとき、オンラインで支払いを済ませていたのに、支払いが必要だと言い張られました。最初に夫に対応してくれた女性は非常に失礼で、彼女のマネージャーが到着するまで、私たちが前払いしたことに気づきませんでした。 場所は素晴らしく、駅に直接通じる出口がありますが、私はこのホテルにせいぜい3つ星を付けます。高い値段に見合う価値はありません。

Had a lovely time,  great touch having the option for the lounge and a check out at 5pm was fab to have time to look round Leeds , the spa was great , and all the staff were lovely
