Checkin:- Platinum and Above members, avoid this property as you guys wont get upgrades for sure, as there are only 2 suites/floor. 3rd floor will always be closed. This is what the front desk officer told me. If you cant get the room upgrade, dont even think about the Lounges, lol. Room: First day (evening) it just went well, as I was completely into the meetings, next day after I woke up, shocked to see that they have just kept the previous guest's used brush inside a cover! Damn, I felt like cutting my hands after touching someone's used tooth brush. When called the cleaning service ***ager, she couldnt do anything else other than apologizing and replacing a new tooth brush. Seriously guys, beware of these issues, when you are in this property by mistake. Room was clean surprisingly. Chair is not good for working, phones also dont work. They will charge you for water bottles, REMEMBER only 2 bottles per day :P :P Restaurant: First day it was ok, I was busy with meetings, so couldnt notice anything. Second day, they are least bothered about the customers staying in the property . They dont wanna put more effort in satisfying the customer's simple needs. Evening I spoke to the chef and raised this issue. Third day: Yummy and stunning Breakfast. Fourth Day: Back to Square on. Fifth day: Damn, leave my alone, I ran away before even completing the full stay. I understood one thing, this is not an ignorance! They are doing it deliberately for the cost cuttings! This is really very bad. In the name of cost cutting, these people treat elite customers like ***(I am sorry for the language, please allow me to express at least one foul language). So, I had to pay completely for the full stay. I wanted to pay fully, as the hotel owner is already bleeding for money right, so at least let me help somehow.
