とてもフレンドリーで優しく良い宿泊施設でした。 周囲のレストランを教えてくれるなど親切丁寧に接してくれました。また、朝食もボリュームがありとても美味しいです。 ぜひドラムヘラーに訪れることがあれば、ぜひ泊まってください。 Very friendly, kind and good accommodation. They were kind and attentive to us, telling us about restaurants in the surrounding area. Also, the breakfast is very tasty and hearty. If you ever visit Drumheller, you should definitely stay there.

部屋は清潔感があり、内外ともに美しい緑に囲まれていました。周辺の商業施設や交通機関も非常に便利で、ホストもとても親切でした。唯一の不満は、枕が高すぎたことと、シングルベッドのマットレスが柔らかすぎたこと、そして防音が悪かったことです。夜中、隣のバスルームを数人が使っている音がはっきりと聞こえました。

広々とした2階建ての家で、自炊も可能でとても静かでした。バスルームが2つ、大きなベッドルームが2つあり、快適に過ごせました。2つのバルコニーからは直接山々が見えました。バンフの町は独特の魅力があり、山の景色は素晴らしく、街並みも洗練されています。ホテルは町から少し離れているため、車を利用する人にとっては非常に便利です。駐車場も十分あり、家のすぐ下に車を停めることができました。サービスは普通で、フロントの対応は良くも悪くもなく、どこかよそよそしい感じでした。車がない人には、お土産としてバスチケットが贈呈されるのは良かったです。

環境は素晴らしく、部屋の清潔さや設備も問題ありませんでした。しかし、フロントデスクから請求された追加のデポジットには非常に不満でした。私たちはホテルに2泊、異なる部屋タイプを予約し、チェックイン時に200カナダドルのデポジットを請求されました。後日、フロントデスクは部屋タイプを変更して2泊とも同じ部屋に泊まれると言いました。ただし、追加で100カナダドルのデポジットを支払う必要があり、ホテルはすぐに200カナダドルのデポジットの凍結を解除するとのことでしたが、3日が経過し、私たちはすでにホテルをチェックアウトしましたが、銀行から200カナダドルの凍結解除に関するテキストメッセージがまだ届いていません。Ctripがこの件についてフォローアップしてくれることを願っています。

My wife and I traveled to Banff National Park and chose ”Rundle Chalets” in Canmore for our stay. We had a very pleasant experience staying there. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, small but comfortable cabin with everything you need for a traveler, and all this in the midst of incredibly beautiful mountain scenery.

I don't typically stay in hostels, but this was a great find! Very clean property, quiet, and peaceful. It is about a 30min drive to the downtown area and no shops within walking distance so you'll need to drive or get an Uber. Other, great room (I stayed in the cozy room), very cleab, bed is big and comfortable. Free towels and bath amenities. The kitchen has a decent amount of cookware. There is a living room and a room with a fireplace so lots of space to lounge around. Staff are also kind and quick to respond, just give them a text or call. Good pricing and easy check-in process. Will definitely book again!

Even though I booked during the peak vacation season, the price was very reasonable. Most importantly, the host was incredibly kind and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. I was a little worried about sharing a bathroom at first, but it was always kept very clean, so I had no issues at all. Whenever I had a question, the host responded quickly and was always helpful, which made me feel even more at ease during my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! Loved the coffee and cookies! Cabins were perfect! I would give this a 10 star review but it’s just a little bit far to travel from Jasper and didn’t have any AC for those hot nights!!
