施設を管理するマイクからの非常に温かい歓迎。私たちの部屋はトレジャーオブザブロードと呼ばれていました。美しく装飾され、その上にレインシャワーが付いた巨大なモダンなバスルームでした。 私たちは夕方に食事をしましたが、到着前に予約していなかったし、満室でしたが、マイクはブロードスの素晴らしい景色を望むテーブルを見つけることに問題はありませんでした。 私たちは間違いなく将来再び戻ってきます。パブの雰囲気はリラックスしていますが、とてもプロフェッショナルです。シェフへのクレジット。 到着した日に結婚式が行われていましたが、騒音に関連する問題はありませんでした。遠くから見るのを楽しみました! すべてのスタッフとマイクは私たちのために十分にすることができず、私たちは親切に受け入れた遅い出発を申し出られました。 残念ながら、これ以上滞在することはできませんでしたが、戻る良い言い訳です! あなたの優れたサービスに感謝しますマイクとチーム。私たちが持っていた素晴らしい経験。 マーク&ゲイル 我

Brilliant stay location great stay again

The staff were all excellent. The meals at the hotel were excellent too. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere, would definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel surrounded by farmland, extremely peaceful at night and we slept soundly in the large, comfortable bed. We only stayed one night during a road trip but would definitely return for longer, this hotel is perfect for a quiet weekend away. We ate at Rocky Bottoms on the coast in the evening but next time would try the hotel restaurant because the menu looked great, and the breakfast was excellent (loved the homemade marmalade). The staff were very warm & hospitable, we felt very welcome. The room was clean, cosy, and tastefully decorated in keeping with the period architecture. Superb value for money, we highly recommend a visit to The Saracen's Head.

The hotel is in an excellent location, we were greeted by the friendly staff and shown to our very comfortable room , nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We booked an evening meal which was really excellent, enjoyed a great nights sleep and then had a really good breakfast  Thank you all at the Buckinghamshire hotel for making our stay really enjoyable

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great service and a very good price for the room. The room was warm and clean and the hotel is several minutes walk from the centre of Norwich.

Booked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.
