The property is in a residential society where they kept us waiting till it was 3pm to check in . So we waited , there’s no reception and no access. It’s by a private host and the hotel /guesthouse is on the first floor , it has three rooms and we had a room which was very clean and good size, bathroom was external to our room and only for us .The bathroom was clean too! The sauna isn’t worth it so please don’t go crazy about it . The breakfast wasn’t great, just few cakes and jams were kept with limited juice , no choice ( who eats cakes for breakfast), no cheese, no ham , It’s not worth it , even fruits were not fresh . The location of the property is fantastic , you are staying in their town lane where all shops are just outside and the view of lake como is just five minutes away . The town centre is beautiful and decent people . Lots of places of eat , drink and enjoy the night life . The property isn’t far from the station either . Only disappointing stuff was the breakfast because I booked a room for three people with three breakfast even though we were two people but it wasn’t worth it . I’ve shared my honest opinion and also attached a pictures of the breakfast and the room. It’s convenient but breakfast isn’t worth for the money paid (hardly two dried cakes and couple of yogurts).

相當不錯的公寓，值得推薦！ 1.地理位置優越，步行到地鐵站衹要幾分鐘，走到米蘭大教堂也就10分鐘吧。 2.房間面積有25平方，可以滿足兩天短住的需求（配備小冰箱）。 3.每天都有人打掃房間，整理床鋪、倒垃圾、換新毛巾等。 4.退房後，可以把行李放在房間裏。工作人員會把行李送到前台，客人返回後到前台取行李即可（前提是取行李的時間是前台有人的時段，前台並非24小時有人）。這是一項很大的優點，對遊客來説方便許多。 5.遇到的兩名前台都挺熱情的，服務態度不錯。 提醒:圖7的右側樓的底樓，是前台所在的位置。右側樓是公寓所在的位置。

1. チェックイン時のフロントデスクは親切で丁寧でした。 2. 朝食はひどいものでした。お皿は汚れていて、カビの生えたミニトマトが出されました。10ユーロの朝食なのに、コーヒーは1杯しか注文できず、セルフサービスのミルクもありませんでした。シリアルのボトルには虫が飛び交っていました。提供されたクロワッサンは小さく、中身が入っていませんでした。中身は質が良く、見た目も良かったので、アラカルトで注文するしかありませんでした。レストランのバーには、いつもとても意地悪な黒人のウェイターがいました。 3. チェックアウトは午前11時でした。他のホテルでは午後2時までレイトチェックアウトが可能ですが、このホテルはレイトチェックアウトに37ユーロも請求されました。 全体的にフロントデスクのスタッフは親切で、立地も素晴らしかったのですが、朝食はひどいものでした。コーヒー2杯目も請求されているのを見かけたのですが、とんでもない！ このホテルを選んで、朝食は買わないでください。 10ユーロでどこでも食事ができます！

Удачное расположение в двух шагах от вокзала. Исключительная чистота везде! Общая кухня: можно что-то приготовить или разогреть. Из минусов - как тут уже писали: непонятно почему невозможно в день заезда заранее прислать коды на вход, если об этом просит клиент-иностранец, т.к. не у всех имеется в момент заселения роуминг или WI-FI. Просьбы по е-мейл и СМС были проигнорированы. Обязательно нужно звонить - стоя перед дверью.

I recently stayed at the White Ribbon Hotel in Milan and had a generally positive experience. **Cleanliness**: The hotel was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation. **Location**: The location is very safe, which is a significant plus. While it’s about an hour's walk from Milan Duomo, the surrounding area has its charm. The street hosts a local market every Saturday and Tuesday, offering a variety of goods at decent prices, which I found to be a delightful bonus. **Check-In Time**: The check-in time is set at 15:00, which I found to be a bit late. An earlier check-in would be more accommodating for travelers arriving in the city. **Baggage Storage**: On a positive note, the hotel offered free baggage storage, allowing me to explore the city without the hassle of my luggage. Overall, my stay was good, and I would recommend the White Ribbon Hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient access to local markets, but be mindful of its distance from the city center.

Vista Lago was probably the highlight of our entire trip. We originally booked it simply as a stopover before heading into the Dolomites, but we ended up wishing we had stayed longer. The B&B is beautiful, with wonderful views over Lake Garda and a great location just a short, easy walk up from the town. The real highlight, though, was the hospitality. The property has been passed down through several generations, and the daughter is now running the B&B. You can really feel the family history and personal touch. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with several options to choose from. We went for the breakfast platter with eggs and bacon, along with yoghurt, fruit and cereal. Everything was fresh, and there was excellent coffee with as much as you wanted. We also loved heading into town early each morning while everything was still quiet and waking up. Beautiful location, wonderful people and a genuinely memorable stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent staff! The reception and breakfast teams were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We were also thrilled with the daily room service (cleaning, fresh towels) provided without asking. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and had nice coffee. Location is great: very central, near the main station, with a bus stop right on the corner. The only drawbacks were the uncomfortably small shower (too little space for proper movement) and that not having a physical key was occasionally inconvenient when sharing the room with friends.

とても親切で感じの良い人たちでした。私が使っていた電話番号が違っていたため、チェックインの手順を案内してもらえませんでしたが、幸運にもハウスキーピングの時間に到着し、とても感じの良い清掃員に出会えて、スタッフへの連絡や手続きを手伝ってもらえました。 部屋はとても素敵で清潔で、ミニバーには無料のコーヒーと水があり、必要なアメニティはすべて揃っていました。ウェブサイトに掲載されている写真とまったく同じでした。チェックインとチェックアウトは迅速かつ簡単でした。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後には、アパート内に無料の荷物ロッカーがありました。 立地はかなり良く、LIN空港に直結する地下鉄M4がすぐ近くにあり、市内まで徒歩わずか15分です。 ただ、建物内の携帯の電波は少し弱く、清掃員がWi-Fiの使用を許可してくれなかったら、自分の携帯データを使ってドアを開けるのは難しかったでしょう。

全体的に快適な滞在でした！ホテルが住宅ビルの半フロアにひっそりと佇んでいることに驚きましたが、なかなか見つからないような、とてもローカルな体験ができました。歴史を感じさせるエレベーターはまさに宝物でした。チェックインはセルフチェックインだとは知らず、少し戸惑いましたが、幸いにもスタッフが対応してくれました。私の部屋には建物の正面玄関の鍵が付属していなかったため、3人グループだったため、友人の部屋に付属していた鍵を頼りにしました。少し不便でしたが、3日目に鍵を受け取ることができました。部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。地下鉄にも近いですが、私は毎日トラムを利用していました。ミラノにまた来ることがあれば、ぜひまた泊まりたいです！
