On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

The room is very modern and clean. All has been recently renovated. They offer contactless check in, which is convenient. The room has a little balcony with nice views of Catania. It is loud and busy outside, but the windows are of good quality so if you keep them closed it will be quiet. Air conditioning is available as well. The room has a big flat screen television offering smart TV services including Netflix.

Dominico, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, embodying the true spirit of Sicilian hospitality. The accommodations were a dream. Our bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect respite after a day of exploring. From our room, we were treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, where olive trees and winery vines stretched as far as the eye could see. The tranquility of this environment is unmatched; it’s the kind of peaceful retreat that rejuvenates the soul. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful donkey family that resides on the property. Each time we called out their names—Daddy Donkey Carmelo, Mom Antonella, and their son Vitina—they would come trotting over when they hear calling their names, bringing smiles and laughter to our days. Their playful presence truly added a unique charm to our experience. FYI, they love apples! We are so grateful to have chosen Feudo Del Biviere for our getaway. It’s a place that feels like home, wrapped in the beauty of nature and filled with warmth. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, already dreaming of our next visit. 非常不錯的酒店，位置十分的好，就在老城區旁邊，對面就是沙灘，這次入住的是他們家的套房酒店，有獨立的廳，房間很大，而且有一個非常大的露台可以享受陽光和曬衣服，很推薦哦。唯一美中不足的是，酒店不提供代客泊車服務，切法盧停車需要車技，且因對禁行取不熟悉，容易開錯路。

⭐️Exceptional stay & wonderful hospitality⭐️ I had such a lovely stay at Dimora degli Archi and would happily return. The accommodation is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location in the heart of Terrasini. What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality. Rossella was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she was always available to offer advice or help with arrangements. As a solo traveller, I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. The location was also perfect for me, with restaurants, cafés and the centre of Terrasini within easy walking distance, while Palermo Airport is conveniently close by. Rossella also helped me arrange a wonderful local driver, Tony, who was fantastic. I was only staying for a short visit to attend a wedding nearby, but I genuinely wish I’d had longer to enjoy both the accommodation and Terrasini. A beautiful property with exceptional hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Dimora degli Archi again or recommend it to others. Thank you, Rossella, for making my short stay such a lovely one! ♥️

I am having a hard time writing this review as we actually enjoyed our stay at La chiusa, location, staff and food was good. However, I suffered a severe bug bite attack at night and the management of the hotel is turning all responsibility away from them. My whole body, face, legs, arms, neck are full with red marks from the bites, the itch is unbearable! I kindly asked for a statement and refund for the situation but at first I got “it looks like mosquito bites” and then they kept explaining their cleaning procedures and gave us the responsibility for the situation that we would have brought them with us. Also they did not see any reason to pay any compensation for the situation. Nothings for time spent at doctors, creams or refund for the room. NOTHING. Just the situation for us to deal with the itchy bites. I am 100% sure that the bugs have been there before we came, I even saw one before going to sleep (not knowing it is a bed bug) thinking that it is a remote location and it can happen that a bug enters the room. When checking the next morning for the bites I realized that it was a bed bug what I have seen and the marks over my body show enough evidence.

We picked Antico Borgo Etneo for a weekend getaway with friends – me and my Italian partner, two Chinese friends, and their 5-year-old daughter. We arrived with no big expectations and left with a promise to come back. The place has that authentic charm that makes you feel at home right away, nestled among citrus groves and vineyards with a stunning view of Mount Etna. The rooms are simple but cozy, clean, and with that rustic vibe that really works. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: homemade cakes, jams made from local fruit, and freshly squeezed juices – a perfect energy boost to start the day. The little one had a blast running around the garden, and we adults enjoyed some much-needed relaxation under the trees. The location is great for exploring the area: Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, and the beaches are all just a short drive away. In short: no over-the-top luxury, but genuine hospitality and an atmosphere that makes you slow down and enjoy every moment. Perfect for those who want authenticity without the frills. We’ll definitely be back – maybe in summer to make the most of the outdoor spaces.
