「The place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless. For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly. It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything. 「プロパティは空港から30-40分です。物事はとても素敵で、フレンドリーで親切です。私は午前1時ごろ遅く到着し、彼らは問題なく私に会いました(そして、私はフライト後に非常に空腹ですべてが閉じられていると不平を言ったので、少し食べ物さえ与えました😅)。場所はとても清潔で居心地が良いです。ナバットレストランで地元のキッチンを食べることをお勧めします(2つあります:900mと1500m)。」

「Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again.」

「the host could has updated their videos of the location etc, i was having such a hard time trying to search for the location, instead of the videos they should have give the landmark close to the building, bc the videos was outdated, the stucture that was outside of the building is no longer there causing me so much issue. but the location wise it was convenient, theres mini market in there, close to eateries etc, the amenities also complete and i really appreciate the amenities but host was slighlty not to my liking.」
