清潔感のある良いホテルで、短期滞在にはぴったりでした。
スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食はシンプルでしたが美味しかったです。
通りからの騒音は少しありましたが、気になるほどではありませんでした。
ただ、シャワーを浴びるとバスルームが水浸しになったのは困りました🫣
大きなスマートテレビがあって、ヨーロッパのイビスホテルに匹敵するくらいコスパは最高でした。

清潔で素晴らしいホステルです。Trip.comを通して予約したのでデポジットは不要のはずでしたが、なぜか「デポジットなしではチェックインできない」と言われました。以前にもこのホステルを利用した際、デポジットを払わなかったことを説明して、少し言い争いになりました。

パートナーと私は、パングラオのクエスト ヴィラで楽しい滞在をしました。ヴィラはこぢんまりとした広さで、居心地の良い歓迎的な雰囲気が漂い、静かな隠れ家を探しているカップルに最適です。注文を受けてから調理する朝食のオプションがあり、アメリカ料理とフィリピン料理から選べました。どちらも満足のいく味わい深いものでした。歩いてすぐのところにあるコモン クルー コーヒーも嬉しい驚きで、毎日のカフェイン補給に便利な場所でした。空港に近いので移動も便利で、車で少し行くと活気のあるアロナ ビーチがあり、リラックスと冒険のバランスが取れています。スタッフは気配りがあり、滞在中私たちのニーズが満たされるようにしてくれました。全体的に、クエスト ヴィラは魅力的で快適な体験を提供してくれました。特に予算が限られているカップルには、パングラオを訪れる価値の高い場所なので、強くお勧めします。

Отличный отель в хорошем чистом районе. Есть свой уголок у моря. Все обустроено чисто и организованно. Кровати - восхитительны! Мягкие матрасы на который ложишься и тут же засыпаешь.

*他のAirbnbとは異なり、基本的なシャワー設備がありません。到着時に無料のミネラルウォーターもありませんでした。
*冷蔵庫は滞在前に清掃されていませんでした。
*シンクとコンロも清掃されていませんでした。
*掲載されている写真とは少し違います。
上記のような点にそれほど神経質でなければ、良い宿だと思います。私たちは滞在を楽しむことができました。😊

清潔で整頓されており、マッサージチェアで少しリラックスできました。プールも良かったです。
ホストからは、明確なチェックイン手順とおすすめ情報が提供されました。
チェックアウト時のサービスには不満がありました。会議の電話で手が離せない状況だったのですが、12時を過ぎた途端、容赦なく部屋を追い出され、ノックが絶えませんでした。15～30分程度の延長であっても、事前の通知なしではレイトチェックアウトは許可されないとのことでした。
次回は改善されると信じています。

What we liked:

Gorgeous landscapes from the room window;

Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.;
The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

周周彥鋒地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

TTravelDan空港近くで1〜2泊の短期滞在には素晴らしいホテルです。プールはリフレッシュするのに最適でした。到着した時にはすでに暗く、隣接する道路もほとんど明かりがなかったので、周辺を散策することはありませんでした。そのため、ホテルで夕食を試しました。これは、注文後にスタッフが外部から調達してくるものです。朝食はまあまあでしたが、これも外部から運ばれてくるため、前日に時間を指定して注文する必要があります。プールの周りのエリアは少し散らかっていて、テーブルの上にもいろいろなものが無造作に置かれていました。そのため、タオルで覆って乱雑さを隠しているものもありました。シャワーのお湯が出ないことはあまり気になりませんでした。全体的に、朝食込みの低価格を考えると全く問題なく、小さな欠点には目をつぶることができます。

스스톰트루퍼先日は空港ピックアップサービスを申請できてよかったです。トリップドットコム側では予約されていましたが、リゾートの返信メールがなくてフィードバックが苦しくなりましたが、リゾートに直接通話したときにもう一度コンファームをして幸い問題なく到着しました。
リゾートは空港からとても近く、スタッフも親切でした。ただ、チェックイン時にパスポートをスタッフが携帯電話で撮るのも不便でしたし、リゾートが小さくてエレベーターがないので階段に上がらなければならないのは不便でした。そして予約した2つの部屋のうち私達の部屋はタバコのにおいが入るとすぐに濃くなってとても大変でした。夜遅く到着してシャワーを浴びようとすると水が出てくるので、きちんと洗うことができず、レセプションに連絡する電話機もなくて苦労しました。朝は便器の水も降りず、洗面台のシャワーも水が出ませんでした。フロントでは修理中だと一時間ほど待たなければならないと言いました。午前中は再び出てきましたが、緑が出て書けませんでした。空港で0.5泊用で大丈夫だったが、水が出ないのは本当に最悪。トイレもリゾート地下にある共用トイレを使用しなければなりませんでした。安いものを除いてはおすすめしたくありません。朝食を食べるところは写真はよく出てきますが、朝食もそんなにおすすめのクオリティではありませんでした。

Now let’s talk about the food – WOW! Every meal we had was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. There’s a great variety on the menu, and each dish tasted like it was made with love and care. Even with a large group, every order was handled smoothly and served on time.
The rooms and facilities were also top-notch – clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you're looking for the perfect beach escape with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Anaya Beach Resort is the place to be. ゲゲストこのホテルを本当におすすめします。特に、料金を考えると。部屋は良く、エアコンも最高で、スタッフはとてもポジティブで親切、そしてフレンドリーです。バイクを手配してフェリー港まで乗せてくれます。ホテルはフェリー港のすぐ近くですが、もっと観光客の多いエリアに行きたい人には、そこではなく、バイクで15～20分ほどかかります。ベッドはすごく快適でした。もう一度言いますが、このホテルを本当におすすめします。

ゲゲストThe staff were nice and accommodating. However, I think there was a slight issue with the room—it wasn’t quite what we expected. But overall, we’re having fun. The beach is ideal for kids, especially for the little ones who don’t know how to swim. When it gets too hot at the beach, there’s an alternative ,you can go swimming in the pool instead.

RRuan33Our stay at Alegria Waterfront Beach House was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a place that combines natural beauty with peace and quiet, this is it.
The Property
The location is unbeatable. Having a private beach right on your doorstep is a rare luxury; we loved being able to step out and enjoy the water without the usual crowds. It’s incredibly serene and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.
Exceptional Service
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the property manager, Katrina. She did a fantastic job ensuring our trip was seamless. Katrina went above and beyond by handling all of our activity bookings, including:
Canyoneering adventures
Whale shark tours
Her local knowledge and willingness to help made our logistics stress-free. Her service is highly commendable, and she is a massive asset to this property.
Verdict
Between the stunning, quiet location and Katrina’s top-tier hospitality, I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!
