That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

空港近くで1〜2泊の短期滞在には素晴らしいホテルです。プールはリフレッシュするのに最適でした。到着した時にはすでに暗く、隣接する道路もほとんど明かりがなかったので、周辺を散策することはありませんでした。そのため、ホテルで夕食を試しました。これは、注文後にスタッフが外部から調達してくるものです。朝食はまあまあでしたが、これも外部から運ばれてくるため、前日に時間を指定して注文する必要があります。プールの周りのエリアは少し散らかっていて、テーブルの上にもいろいろなものが無造作に置かれていました。そのため、タオルで覆って乱雑さを隠しているものもありました。シャワーのお湯が出ないことはあまり気になりませんでした。全体的に、朝食込みの低価格を考えると全く問題なく、小さな欠点には目をつぶることができます。

Loved the property and the beach. Best snorkeling we did in Moalboal was direct from the resort and we saw turtles and lots of starfish and marine life. The lifeguard Frankie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing snorkeling experience. Also enjoyed the pool and the location worked perfectly for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to hit the town for dinner each night. Plus, White Beach is a 5 minute paddle away on the kayak. Would definitely come back again

先日は空港ピックアップサービスを申請できてよかったです。トリップドットコム側では予約されていましたが、リゾートの返信メールがなくてフィードバックが苦しくなりましたが、リゾートに直接通話したときにもう一度コンファームをして幸い問題なく到着しました。 リゾートは空港からとても近く、スタッフも親切でした。ただ、チェックイン時にパスポートをスタッフが携帯電話で撮るのも不便でしたし、リゾートが小さくてエレベーターがないので階段に上がらなければならないのは不便でした。そして予約した2つの部屋のうち私達の部屋はタバコのにおいが入るとすぐに濃くなってとても大変でした。夜遅く到着してシャワーを浴びようとすると水が出てくるので、きちんと洗うことができず、レセプションに連絡する電話機もなくて苦労しました。朝は便器の水も降りず、洗面台のシャワーも水が出ませんでした。フロントでは修理中だと一時間ほど待たなければならないと言いました。午前中は再び出てきましたが、緑が出て書けませんでした。空港で0.5泊用で大丈夫だったが、水が出ないのは本当に最悪。トイレもリゾート地下にある共用トイレを使用しなければなりませんでした。安いものを除いてはおすすめしたくありません。朝食を食べるところは写真はよく出てきますが、朝食もそんなにおすすめのクオリティではありませんでした。

The place has a nice beachfront, but the waves are very strong in the afternoon because it’s near the port. There are also many seaweeds in the area (which is understandable). At night, it’s hard to walk outside because there are no street lights/lamp post so you need a flashlight to reach the road, though it’s not that far. The strong wind makes it hard to relax because the sand blows into your eyes.

ファミリールームをとって5人で泊まった。部屋はだいぶ狭く洗面台も一つしかないのでその辺りの苦労はあったが、トイレとシャワーは２つあり、寝泊まりするには十分だった。スタッフも優しく丁寧で、荷物預かりも可能だった。

当初は選択肢が限られており、希望していた宿泊施設がすでに満室だったため、予約をためらっていました。空室のある手頃な選択肢は貴施設のみで、快適な滞在を期待していました。 当初の懸念にもかかわらず、元の部屋に 1 泊しましたが、とても良かったです。確かに、部屋に入ったとき床はまだ少し濡れていましたが、部屋は清潔で、エアコンは少しうるさかったものの、全体的には良い経験でした。 本当に素晴らしい体験をさせてくれたのは、素晴らしいスタッフでした。彼らの忍耐と理解に心から感謝しています。アクティビティを楽しんでいたため、実は 12 時までにチェックアウトするのを忘れてしまいました。残りの 2 泊は部屋のアップグレードを予約していたため、スタッフは宿泊施設に到着するまで待って部屋を変更してくれました。本当に素晴らしいサービスと姿勢です! さらに、スタッフの誠実さに特に感謝しています。誤って元の部屋に置き忘れたシルバーのネックレスを私に届けてくれたことに深く感謝します。その誠実さは本当に称賛に値します。 シキホールでの滞在を思い出深いものにしていただき、ありがとうございます。素晴らしいサービスと温かいおもてなしに心から感謝しています。スタッフはホテルにとって本当に貴重な存在です。

ココテル セブ アディラでの滞在は最高でした。部屋はとても清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。立地も良く、お店やレストランに近くて便利です。滞在中ずっとスタッフは親切で助かりました。設備はシンプルですが、すべて問題なく機能します。全体的に、費用対効果は非常に高いです。また泊まりたいと思います。

マクタン J.park resort から徒歩 5 分のホテル 韓国人が運営しているので、部屋やバスルームはきれいです。 スイミングプールとプールバーもあるので、終わりに行かなくても ホテルでビールを飲むのがいい また、スキューバダイビング練習水泳場が10フィートあってよかったです。 客室は1階と2階に分かれ、約40室程度あるようだ。 客室内にはヘアドライヤー、歯磨き粉、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、水2本あり、小さいが安全金庫もあり、冷蔵庫の大きなものがある。 インターネットも眠り、ベッドも大きくてよかった 朝食は7:30-9:30分で、部屋でまたはレストランで食べることができます。 3つのセットメニューの中で選べばいい これも部屋の値段に含まれており、セブで朝食付きのホテルでコスパの良いホテルらしい 次回も来たらまた来たいホテルです。
