イギリスケンブリッジシャーのホステル

このホテルでの滞在は満足のいくものでした。市街地まで徒歩約 20 分で、バスの運行/所要時間は待つ価値はありませんでした。ホテルの立地は支払った金額に見合っていますが、清潔さはあまり良くありませんでした。朝食の準備をしていると、多くのカップに黄色いシミが残っていました。シャワールームの水圧はそれほど強くなく、排水口は部分的に詰まっていて、受付に伝えた後も直りませんでした。キッチン設備は充実していました。1 階に屋根の開いたトイレがありましたが、緊急時に簡単に使用できるのか疑問に思いました。

Stayed as close to Huntingdon Racecourse as where our cycle ride was starting. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small and a little tired, the shower was OK, no flexibility with it, so had to wash my hair, which had only just been cut 4 hours ago. The breakfast was cereals, toast, packeted croissant, tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice. Really good value for the price. When booking the initial price changed which was frustrating, but still extremely good value for a last minute booking.

The team at the Lamb went above and beyond: we had booked a dog-free room due to allergies and were shown to a room that had been deep cleaned by housekeeping to make extra sure that it would be as allergen free as possible. However, that room was on the ground floor,  and upon request we were able to switch to a first-floor room, the last free room available that night. It was just as clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Lamb team for being so flexible and accommodating.

ホテルはケンブリッジから約10kmの郊外にあるとても美しい邸宅です。夏には草原に牛や羊がいるはずです。予約した時、他の人の綺麗な写真に惹かれました。チェックインしてみると本当に良かったのですが、一人で運転して無料でチェックインしなければなりませんでした。部屋は元の寮から改造されました、完全ではありませんが十分ではありません、エアコンはありません、少し寒いです、朝食の質は良いです、環境は一流です、それはお勧めです

ケンブリッジのお気に入りの宿泊施設!ホテルはカレッジ内の建物で、カレッジの他の施設にアクセスできるルームカードがあり、素晴らしい体験です! 5月の3日間の短期滞在では十分ではなく、8月にさらに数日間滞在しました。朝食は大学の食堂で行われ、儀式はいっぱいで、スタイルは典型的な英語の朝食で、私の好みに非常に適しています。部屋のデザインは主に丸太色で、収納には多くの独創性があり、私に多くのインスピレーションを与えました。 初めて泊まった時は通りの近くの部屋でした。小さなバルコニーがありました。夜はバルコニーから静かな通りの街灯と頭の上の星空を見ることができます。私はそれがとても好き!二度目に泊まった部屋には芝生に面した机があり、景色が美しく、そこで長い間勉強することができます。次回もまた行きます、強くお勧めします!

Great stay, very cozy. The pub serves nice food and we had some drinks by the fire. Will return.

Recensione negativa – Hotel deludente nonostante buone intenzioni Ho prenotato una camera singola specificando chiaramente nelle note della prenotazione la richiesta di una stanza con bagno privato. Al check-in automatico (senza alcun contatto umano), ho scoperto con grande sorpresa che la camera assegnata non aveva il bagno in camera – un dettaglio fondamentale che mi era stato completamente celato. Ho subito chiamato la referente della struttura, la quale ha sostenuto di avermi inviato un’email con l’avvertenza che la singola non includeva il bagno. Email mai ricevuta, né nella casella principale né nello spam. Di fronte al disagio, mi è stato proposto un “upgrade”: o pagare 40 sterline per una matrimoniale con vista fiume, oppure 20 sterline per una matrimoniale con bagno in camera e vista cortile. Ho scelto la seconda opzione, sperando almeno in una sistemazione dignitosa. Una volta in camera, dopo aver acceso il computer per lavorare, ho iniziato ad avvertire un freddo pungente, nonostante indossassi pantaloni e maglia di lana. Il termostato segnava 20°C, ma era bloccato: impossibile regolare la temperatura. Ho richiamato la responsabile, che ha inventato una scusa palesemente falsa – “non è possibile regolare la temperatura di una singola camera”. Peccato che, se fosse stato vero, non ci sarebbe stato nemmeno un termostato in camera, ma un sistema centralizzato esterno. Evidentemente, si è trattato solo di una scusa per evitare di risolvere il problema. Il risultato? Ho trascorso la notte coperto come un eschimese, con un freddo umido – aggravato dalla vicinanza al fiume, che rendeva le lenzuola umide.   L’unico aspetto positivo è stata la colazione, varia e di buona qualità, e la cordialità della signorina addetta al servizio del mattino.   Tuttavia, non posso consigliare questo hotel a chiunque desideri un soggiorno confortevole, caldo e asciutto. Sconsigliato per chi non vuole dormire in una stanza fredda, umida e con servizi diversi da quelli richiesti – e pagati.
