ที่อยู่ของที่พักสามารถเดินทางสะดวกติดป้ายรถบัส มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหารในระแวกเดียวกัน ข้อเสียคือเป็นย่านที่มีคนไร้บ้านเยอะ สำหรับความสะอาด มีบ้างที่สะอาดและมีบ้างที่ไม่สะอาดเนื่องจากเป็นที่พักที่อยู่กันหลายคน โดยรวมทั้งหมดก็สมตามราคาที่จ่ายไป

シャワーやトイレの数が多くあるので 好きなタイミングで使えるのがありがたい キッチン使用も出来てコーヒーサービスがある 全体的に清潔なので不快感もそれほど無い ごく少数マナーの悪い客に財布の中身を盗まれるハプニングもあったが ロサンゼルスの治安を考えれば自衛がいかに必要か考えさせられた

スタッフは感じが良く、とてもフレンドリーでした。部屋は飾り気のないタイプでしたが、バスルームは本当に素敵でした。寝室にはミニ冷蔵庫と電子レンジがありましたが、ドレッサーはありませんでした。ケーブルテレビはありました。 キングサイズのベッドを予約したのですが、クイーンサイズが1台の部屋に通されました。かつて2台目のクイーンベッドがあった壁には、ヘッドボードが残されていました。そのため部屋が広く感じられました。ベッドのサイズは違いましたが、文句は言いませんでした。キングサイズベッドが必要な、私より背の高い人たちとは違いますからね。結局のところ、ただ寝てシャワーを浴びる場所ですから。快適に眠れました。角部屋にもかかわらず、期待したほど静かではありませんでしたが、モーテルですからね。禁煙ルームもあります。プールもありましたが、初日は疲れていて、翌日は忙しくて利用しませんでした。あまり多くを求めないのであれば、ここが良いかもしれません。値段も手頃で、立地も最高です。

地下鉄でホテルまで行きました。Metro B Lineのハリウッド/ハイランド駅から徒歩10分くらいで着きます。この駅はチャイニーズシアターやドルビーシアターに近く、観光に便利です。駅の近くにはターゲットというスーパーもあり、買い物もできます。 部屋の設備について：スリッパ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープは用意されていませんでした。石鹸が2つありましたが、ボディソープとして使えるか分からなかったので使いませんでした。ヘアドライヤーも部屋にはなく、フロントで借りる必要がありました。 ホテルの共用設備について：1階に自動販売機があり、ランドリールームもあります。朝はコーヒーのサービスもありました（これらは全て利用しませんでした）。 チェックインとチェックアウトについて：フロントは24時間対応しています。Ctripで予約しましたが、デポジットは求められませんでした。チェックアウトはスムーズで、フロントにルームキーを返却するだけで完了しました。 環境について：床は木製なのか、歩くとギシギシと音がしました。隣の部屋のテレビの音も聞こえ、ドアの外を歩く音やドアの閉まる音もはっきりと聞こえました。

Very expensive for a B&B. Nice spot in the Castro/ Mission district near Dolores Park. Well-maintained & reasonable management. Lots of stairs to go up into main house lobby — wrought iron gates with intercom to buzz to get entry into property. Try to get a room in the older main house to minimize stairs! No AC. They have limited parking spots behind the two B&B houses (access from Dorland St) for US$35./day plus tax which is a steep price. Make sure u book a parking spot in advance. Beautiful garden courtyard in the back. Sadly we never got to use it. Try to get a room that faces the other “house” or the backyard - quieter. We had a front room Deluxe King Room 36 which looked nothing like the sample room photos (only one Room 24 w courtyard view, sofa, coffee table). We got a smaller room approx 290sf vs what we paid for 32sq.m, 344sf, no closet just small armoire to hang a couple of things, no sofa, no coffee table, no balcony. They were kind enough to give us a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe King we booked & the Standard King we got. Had to ask for them to vacuum room. Found tissue under headboard/bed, dusty. Not the kind of room you would want to spend much time in —teeny tiny TV, faced front noisy street with electric bus passing by. No screens in windows so had to close windows at night to keep critters out. Bed was ok. Pillows were synthetic & lumpy. View was of electric lines & school across the street. Beware some electric outlets. One was burnt out. Breakfast was repetitive but nice to eat in a lovely breakfast room or outdoor deck. Hard-boiled eggs, muesli, fruit, muffins/ carbs, American coffee, juices. Fortunately SPRO café was next door if you need a great cappuccino or chai latté! I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in San Diego and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the little touches—plenty of charging ports, great water pressure in the shower, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The location is perfect—close to San Diego’s best attractions, including the waterfront, Gaslamp Quarter, and Balboa Park. Whether I wanted to walk around, take a short drive, or simply relax by the pool, everything was easily accessible. The hotel amenities exceeded expectations. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the sunshine, while the fitness center was well-equipped and clean. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. What really made my stay special, however, was the service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond—whether it was offering recommendations, arranging transportation, or just greeting me with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Diego, whether for business, a family vacation, or a relaxing getaway. I’m already looking forward to staying here again!
