Staying in this guesthouse was one of the best experiences in our China trip! The rooms are spacious, modern and sparkling clean. Hotel is run by charming family who were happy to help us with everything. They even broughta piece of cake for my partner for his birthday. Lovely people and amazing surroundings. 5min walk away from the Emerald Valley and a short ride to the shuttle to the mountains. Would recommend it 100% and hopefully come back one day. This is much more than a hotel – it feels like staying inside a piece of history. The property is located in a beautiful ancient village, surrounded by traditional Huizhou architecture, waterways, old trees and a peaceful atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find. We especially loved the tea house, where centuries-old wooden beams, calligraphy and traditional design create a unique sense of place. Walking through the hotel feels like walking through a restored family residence rather than a modern resort.
