Best Hotel we've had so far on this trip. Great room with a bathtub on the balcony, smart toilet, nice slippers, great hairdryer and a huge TV. Just the makeup mirror didn't work. The gym was good and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of delicious options, much better than the other hotels so far. Location also good, quite near to the entrance to Huangguoshu. We were happy to find the free washing machine and dryer.

Excellent staff. Excellent location if you like to be near Hongshan Lake. Excellent location if you like hot spring. Breakfast decent.

This is a good hotel to come and relax and soak in the hot springs and play in the water park. The hotel is next the Jin Jiang river; a very lively area with singing and dancing aunties and uncles. There are many small restaurants nearby to have a local meal. We hope we can go back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Actually this was the best hotel so far I have stayed during my 3 month trip across China. Especially the customer service is outstanding. Very kind owners and lovely employees. Beautiful designed rooms and great breakfast too. What is most fascinating is also how quiet and beautiful the surrounding area is, even tough you are close to the city's center. Overall i can highly recommend everybody to stay here. May you have a good time like I did :)

從預訂開始，接到管家電話，加羣，接行李，指導停車，送到房間，各種周到服務，直到退房送伴手禮，民宿建在半山上，雅緻清新的風格，層層疊疊的露台，觀景發呆很愜意，從民宿步行去青龍洞（人工講解80推薦）、石屏山，回程去渡口坐美女老闆娘推薦1元的手搖輪渡船，傍晚回民宿圍爐煮茶，各種小零食飲料一直供應，晚上踏着青石板路，漫步古 城街頭，沿河看燈……整個古城歷經2000多年，有底藴、安逸、慢節奏、消費低，推薦

Our stay at this boutique homestay was truly delightful and deeply relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, intimate, and beautifully curated, allowing us to slow down and fully enjoy the experience. What impressed us most was the butler service. The host was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, always anticipating our needs with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The service felt personal yet refined, making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Very nice hotel in Zunyi, beautiful garden and luxury room with great decorations. Most important thing is the price is very affordable. Very great experience.

國內外高端的度假村也住過不少，這家保利留下印象深刻！ 新年和家人安排了兩間房，連續住了6個晚上，舒服！ 服務很體貼，貴州人都比較温和。除了一位大堂中分眼鏡微胖男，雖然他沒有直接對我們提供服務，但每次的對視，他總會很冷漠，讓人不舒服，那0.5分，扣在他身上！其他遇到的服務人員，客房，餐食，温泉，安保，工程等等各個部門，都很nice🌹 客房給我升級了湖景房，而且是東塔，沒有太多的客人，就我們兩間房，舒服！設備設施隨不是最新，但夠用罷了。經濟下行，而且這個價格，性價比很高了！人工湖的水葫蘆太凌亂，且檔次低，有礙觀瞻，建議清除！湖邊的白色小飛蟲太多，令人不適，為何無人問津？這個要批評。 早餐出品樣式比較豐富的，中西餐結合的不錯！煎出來的培根，香腸和煎蛋，太多油，建議減少用油量！湯麪的肉碼，換成底座加熱的，賣相會更好！駱經理人很nice，還有那位連續幾天相見的小姑娘🌹 至於温泉嘛，不過不失！因為我們本來就是廣州人，從化，南崑山，整個廣東，泡過的温泉太多了，因此這家度假村的温泉，衹能説是不過不失，開放的池子太少了，小童水魔方沒開，孩子失望了，經濟差啊，節省成本。原配的兩條浴巾免費，額外多一條幹浴巾免費，從第四條開始收錢。這個措施，作為客户，我是贊成的。很好的保持了場地的整潔。不亂！ 貴陽我指不定啥時候再去，如果去，肯定還是首選這裏！

It is a hot spring resort with not too many people. It costs us ¥650 per room. With lots of different pools for us to choose, the price performance is good. The room has a balcony with an open view. Since it is far away from the city, so it would be better if they can provide more choices of restaurants inside the resort.
