中国貴州省の温泉ホテル

Located at 上纳灰村, the hotel was refurbished last year. Rooms are stylishly designed and all the staff are hospitable in delivery of their services. I fell sick during my stay. The staff gave me some medicine. Made me feel so much at home. They recommend places of interest in the area and how to go about it.

Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

超級喜歡這家酒店，決定把柏聯旗下的酒店都打卡一遍。 -服務很好，每個工作人員很熱情，且積極滿足要求。 -迎賓服務送的薄荷冰毛巾和茶特別贊。 -房間很大，有足夠空間放置行李，且動線設計合理。 -衞浴產品用的Lelabo33，香氣幽雅，質感舒服。 -房間內小冰箱送的飲料很豐富，也不敷衍。 -房間露台上温泉乾淨舒服，還送了玫瑰花瓣和浴鹽，並配了小蠟燭營造氣氛。 -本來對酒店的餐廳有點擔心，怕吃不慣，結果發現東西很好吃，現做的鍋氣就是足。 -早飯半自助，一開始我沒抱希望，結果發現雖然品種不算多但是特別精緻，主要是材料用的高級，味道很不錯，必須慢慢的吃一頓。水果給的很新鮮。 -強烈推薦觀瀑茶室去喝個下午茶，風景是好，吃的一點都不敷衍，點心做的很不錯，茶更是好。 -再強烈推薦他們的spa服務，泡好温泉直接做個spa放鬆效果加倍。一個療程裏手法豐富，細節按的很到位，感謝理療師小吳。 -酒店離開大瀑布入口步行五六分鐘，酒店的電瓶車也會送到大瀑布入口且房間含門票，可以升級黃果樹要客服務，非常值，黃果樹的要客小巴甚至還能來酒店接或者送。住這個酒店的最大優勢是一早可以一大早沒人的時候先去大瀑布，然後回來吃早飯休息，再去其他景區，純度假節奏。

このホテルは本当に最高です。全てにおいて完璧で、1日で2日間楽しめました。子供たちは大喜びで、帰りたくなかったほどです。特にウォーターパークは最高でした！湖南省のファンタワイルドよりも素晴らしく、待ち時間もありません。子供たちが楽しんでいる間、大人は温泉に浸かることができます。温泉は清潔で、プールもたくさんあります。5階の部屋は広々としていて、5つ星の基準を満たしており、朝食もボリュームたっぷりでした。夫は次回子供たちを連れて来ると言っています。ホテルはとても親切で温かく、サービスも抜群です！👍

我們是從成都過來的遊客，帶着老公和孩子第一次入住沐雲温泉度假酒店，整趟入住體驗感直接拉滿，各方面都特別滿意！ 酒店環境衞生做得特別到位，公共區域乾淨整潔，客房整潔無異味，佈局舒適温馨，打掃細緻徹底，住着乾淨又放心。全員服務質量超高，工作人員態度温和熱情，響應及時周到，全程禮遇感滿滿。 酒店餐飲味道一絕，菜品精緻美味、食材新鮮，還充分兼顧小朋友的口味，細節格外暖心。貼心準備了小朋友超愛吃的原味酸奶，簡單又用心的小細節，真的讓人特別感動，帶娃入住完全不用費心。 最要由衷感謝酒店負責人樑總，全程無微不至貼心關照，主動安排人員幫我們協調各項事宜。細緻講解園區遊玩項目，還認真規劃了周邊遊玩路線和完整出行攻略，耐心解答各種疑問，為我們的親子旅途省去超多麻煩，出行輕鬆又省心。 環境優越、衞生乾淨、服務優質、餐食可口、細節滿分，加上暖心的人文關懷，這次旅居過得格外舒心愉快。真心推薦給親子出遊的朋友們，下次再來這邊旅行，一定還會首選沐雲温泉度假酒店！

これは妻と私が中国を横断する旅で泊まった中で絶対に最高のホテルでした。私たちは笑顔で迎えられ、美しい8階に無料でアップグレードされました。部屋には素晴らしい小さな湖を見下ろす大きなバルコニーがありました。ホテルのレストランで素晴らしいおいしい食事をした後、ホテルの価格に含まれていた温泉に壮観な浸りをしました。また、少額の費用でフィッシュセラピープールを楽しみました。要するに、これは貴陽のホテルに行くことになります。

この温泉ホテルには大変満足しました。温泉プールは快適で、ホテルの立地も非常に便利でした。タクシーで古都までわずか7元で行けました。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食は種類も豊富でした。春節の時期に、これほど低価格でこれほど良いサービスと快適な環境を受けられるとは全く予想していませんでした。サービスは素晴らしく、特に受付の張さんは最高でした。チェックアウト時にタオルを忘れてしまったのですが、張さんはすぐに気づいて教えてくれ、近くの観光スポットを丁寧に紹介してくれました。必ずまた泊まりに来ます！

這家酒店地理位置十分優越，距離黃果樹景區很近，出行遊玩特別方便，大大節省出行時間。酒店環境整潔雅緻，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨利落，入住體驗舒適安心。前台工作人員Tina服務温柔耐心，熱情周到。自助早餐種類豐富多樣，葷素菜品、甜品飲品一應俱全，食材新鮮美味。酒店還配有可愛的萌寵樂園，小動物温順乖巧，大人小孩都十分喜愛，氛圍感十足。整體服務貼心細緻，性價比超高，遊玩住宿兩不誤，體驗感滿分，下次過來還會選擇入住，真心推薦！

I can count Lanxi as one of my favourite hotels ever. The location, though we had to walk up the hill a bit provides the best view of the Xijiang Miao Village. The staff is truly unbelievably helpful and kind. When my husband who wanted to have our meals delivered, the 2 ladies at the front desk helped to get it done. The 2 gentlemen who brought and carried our luggage, made our latte did so with a smile . A big thank you to all of you. The room we were in had a terrace, the perfect way to admire the night view and the early morning sunrise. I did not want to leave the place.

Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃
