酒店有專屬通道進入景區，進去後就是車站很方便，新開業不久的酒店，房間設施中規中矩，就是衞生間和卧室之間沒有門，並且衞生間窗簾四邊漏光不能很好的休息，前台服務員很有意思，提出來房態允許的話能否給升級（因為提前看評論有很多提到可以升級），服務員説可以升一級，但是衹有首尾房可以選擇，説我訂的大床房衹有首尾房是這個房型，我説那可以換成雙床房嗎？服務員説大床衹能升大床，不能換成雙床（攜程金鑽會員這個規定也是第一次聽説），我説那就不升級了就要安靜一點的房間，服務員説安排的是下電梯第一間，我説能安排離電梯遠一點嗎怕亂，説換不了，沒有打掃好的房間衹有這一間。okok！

結論を述べましょう、すべての面がとても良いです、それは強くお勧めします!特にゲストリレーションのシャオウェン、優しくて寛大で、細心の注意を払って心温まる!
1.ホテルはとても豪華で、ゲートには警備員がいます。チェックイン後、部屋の大きさと番号に応じて左右にエレベータールームに入ります。ドアには自動ガラスドアがあり、プライバシーとセキュリティ保護がいっぱいです。
2.部屋は非常に多く、20階建てで、各階に数百部屋と推定されています。デラックスツインベッドを予約しました。バダハウスのメンバーを申請した後、レイクビューツインルーム、特大のベッドルーム、豪華なバスルームスペースに無料でアップグレードしました。
3.初日はウェルカムフルーツと使い捨てバスタブカバーを提供し、寝具は柔らかく快適で、出張の疲れを解消します。翌日、非常に親密で細心の注意を払ったサービスで、もう1組のバスタブカバーを送ってください
4.朝食の種類は非常に豊富で、中華料理と西洋料理はまったく終わらない。遵義牛羊肉麺、遵義黄餅、トウモロコシ餅、サワーキャベツ豆腐などの地元の特産品は、腹が小さくて入れられないのが残念です。
5.道の向こうの白鳥湖公園は、桟道が湖全体を横断しています。夜の散歩の景色がとても綺麗です。

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of.
I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

ホテルは新しくオープンしました。私は今日11階に住んでいます。夕方6時か7時に外は少し騒がしいです。スクエアダンスは旅行に便利ですが、場所に問題があります。明らかに橋の上にあり、ナビゲーションは橋の下にあります。サービスは平均的で、朝食は大丈夫ですが、コーヒーは寒く、駐車場は便利で、部屋はきれいです、でもお風呂の水圧が大きすぎるので、変えてほしいです!

酒店離景區大門不遠，而且景區還可以接送。特別方便。前台的小妹妹服務態度也是特別好，任何問題都有迴應。房間的設施是不錯的，衞浴馬桶質感都不錯。值得稱讚的是早餐也很好（因為大部分民宿早餐都很一般），做得很精緻。兩百多三百不到的價格簡直性價比拉滿。

この温泉ホテルには大変満足しました。温泉プールは快適で、ホテルの立地も非常に便利でした。タクシーで古都までわずか7元で行けました。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食は種類も豊富でした。春節の時期に、これほど低価格でこれほど良いサービスと快適な環境を受けられるとは全く予想していませんでした。サービスは素晴らしく、特に受付の張さんは最高でした。チェックアウト時にタオルを忘れてしまったのですが、張さんはすぐに気づいて教えてくれ、近くの観光スポットを丁寧に紹介してくれました。必ずまた泊まりに来ます！

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The property’s location overlooking Zhenyuan is stunning. The room was clean, beautiful and soundproof. The common spaces were great to relax, and decorated with fresh flowers. All staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

部屋のおばさんはとても熱心で、毎日部屋の掃除をしてくれます。フロントデスクのサービスはとても良く、宅配便の受け取りも手伝ってくれます（ちょっと多すぎます、ははははははは）。誕生日用のケーキを冷蔵庫に入れるのも手伝ってくれます。ラヴァンド ホテルによく滞在しており、彼女の家がとても気に入っています。ここでコメントしたいと思います。前回洗濯しに行ったとき、洗濯機は黒い汚れでいっぱいでした。またお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

EElrena LimOur stay at this boutique homestay was truly delightful and deeply relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, intimate, and beautifully curated, allowing us to slow down and fully enjoy the experience.
What impressed us most was the butler service. The host was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, always anticipating our needs with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The service felt personal yet refined, making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Every detail reflected a high standard of hospitality, from the peaceful surroundings to the seamless service experience.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this homestay to anyone seeking a tranquil and refined getaway.

ゲゲストComfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

ゲゲストBeautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay.

ゲゲストこのホテルは本当に最高です。全てにおいて完璧で、1日で2日間楽しめました。子供たちは大喜びで、帰りたくなかったほどです。特にウォーターパークは最高でした！湖南省のファンタワイルドよりも素晴らしく、待ち時間もありません。子供たちが楽しんでいる間、大人は温泉に浸かることができます。温泉は清潔で、プールもたくさんあります。5階の部屋は広々としていて、5つ星の基準を満たしており、朝食もボリュームたっぷりでした。夫は次回子供たちを連れて来ると言っています。ホテルはとても親切で温かく、サービスも抜群です！👍

ゲゲスト辦理入住時，前台小姐姐非常貼心地幫我們免費升級了房型。新房間不僅視野更開闊，私湯泡池也更舒服，這個驚喜讓我們的旅途瞬間變得完美。
到店8點多，本對酒店的晚餐原本沒抱太大期望，結果味道出乎意料地好。食材非常新鮮，特別是當地的特色菜，廚師做得很有鍋氣，擺盤也很精緻，幸福感直網上升。但需要提醒的是餐廳9點下班，到得晚的話要提前和前台説明，不要跑空哈。
總的來説，雲屯暮雲温泉酒店不僅硬件設施過硬，軟件服務更是暖心。下次再來，這裏絕對是首選！

ゲゲストVery much enjoy the kind and friendly staff, from the moment we stepped out of the taxi we felt cared for. We had to pay extra for the breakfast and the hot springs. Did I mention there are so many pools of varying temperatures and some had Chinese medicine immersed. We got so relaxed and sleepy that we wound asking the restaurant staff to box up our order to take upstairs. After resting we found the food was EXCELLENT! Kudos to the chefs. The half steamed chicken tasted like 贵妃鸡！ The asparagus was so tender and the fresh walnuts had the inner skin peeled. So delicious with the 冬草 chicken porridge. We slept so well . The checkout can be as late as 3 pm, so accommodating, although we left around 1pm for our tour. I highly recommend.

ゲゲストI can count Lanxi as one of my favourite hotels ever. The location, though we had to walk up the hill a bit provides the best view of the Xijiang Miao Village. The staff is truly unbelievably helpful and kind. When my husband who wanted to have our meals delivered, the 2 ladies at the front desk helped to get it done. The 2 gentlemen who brought and carried our luggage, made our latte did so with a smile . A big thank you to all of you.
The room we were in had a terrace, the perfect way to admire the night view and the early morning sunrise.
I did not want to leave the place.
