service very good. buffet have alot of options. when we reach, the staff came to help us with our luggages. got gym and able to wash the clothes for free. they will send ur clean clothes to ur room after washing. very good service

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

お部屋はとても広いです！新しいホテルは清潔感があり、設備もスタイルも若者に大人気、1.5メートルのベッドは実質1.8メートルと2人で寝ても十分な広さです！プライベートスープはバルコニーにあります〜お湯は24時間利用可能で、水はとても熱いです〜サービスはとても良く、みんなとても熱心で、フルーツスナックを提供し、朝食はおいしいです〜

第一天老闆來接我們的時候瞭解到我媽暈車，馬上就買了冰水給我們，還提前把房間空調打開了，細節滿分💯。 我們大峽谷的行程是分開遊玩的，老闆包接送的，最後一天我們玩完之後還會把行李送到指定位置，服務滿分💯。 早餐的麪條也超級好吃，我能吃兩碗！院子裏面的鞦韆，滑梯，小池子，都是崽的最愛💯。 tips：第一天爬完大峽谷累的一點胃口沒有，老闆娘特意準備了一點自家祕製的藠頭，吃完又炫了兩碗麪，胃口也是好起來了。藠頭💯！！！

環境: 2 回目に行ったときは、環境はかなり良く、人も多すぎず、無料で部屋のアップグレードも受けられました。 サービス: 非常に丁寧な執事サービス。何か必要なことがあれば、WeChat でフロントデスクのスタッフに問い合わせれば、すぐに解決してくれます。応答はタイムリーです。高く評価します。 衛生面: 寝具は比較的清潔で、これはホテルに泊まるときに私が最も重視する点です。 朝食：予約すると2回の朝食が提供され、味は良いです。 2名様用温泉チケット（花とハーブの美容または漢方健康温泉プール＆ネットセレブのインフィニティプール＆瑪瑙または翡翠のスチームルーム＆水泡風呂）：客室をご予約いただくと大人2名分のチケットが無料で提供され、身長1.2メートルのお子様をお連れの場合、追加料金はかかりません。プールの水は比較的きれいで、温泉もとても気持ちよかったです。この季節は人があまりいません。水遊びをしたり、夜に浸かったりすると一日の疲れが癒されます。館内のスイミングリングは、1つ28ポンドの追加料金でレンタルできますが、ご持参いただくと便利です。

フルスコアで推奨される第一線の湖の景色のホームステイ!まず第一に、湖の景色は本当に素晴らしいです。日の出でも夕日でも、湖の景色に面していて、美しすぎます。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、お風呂は3人(親子風呂など)を収容できるほど大きく、装飾は暖かくて上品で、細部は注意深いものです。場所は特に便利で、交通機関はスムーズで、周辺のアトラクションへの距離は非常に短く、多くの時間を節約できます。上司のサービスは温かく思いやりがあり、どんな問題でもすぐに解決できます。このホームステイは色がたくさんあるので、この旅行は友達に勧められました!

今回で2回目の滞在でした。サービスは素晴らしく、客室設備も申し分ありませんでした。雨が降っていたので外出はせず、ホテルでゆっくり休んだり、お風呂に入ったり、読書をしたり、リラックスしたりして過ごしました。食事は3食ともホテルのレストランでいただきました。料理は特に絶品というわけではありませんでしたが、値段に見合った価値はありました。食事時はいつも大変混雑していたので、席を見つけるのが大変な時もありました。一つだけ提案させてください。レストランの椅子の布張りは避けた方が良いと思います。汚れやすく、掃除も大変ですし、シミがあるとゲストに良い印象を与えません。客室の清潔さは申し分ありませんでした。全体的に素晴らしい滞在で、機会があればぜひまた利用したいと思います。

I stayed at this resort hotel and I truly loved the experience. The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, perfect for having a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The skiing activity also made the trip even more exceptional. The staff was very attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made the service truly impeccable. It’s a place I would highly recommend for a vacation or a relaxing weekend getaway. A wonderful experience that I would gladly do again.
