偶然このホテルを選びました。全体的にとても良いホテルです。部屋の設備はインテリジェントに管理されており、ホテルの向かいには大きなショッピングモールがあります。内部には環境の良い湖南料理のレストランがたくさんあり、地下鉄の駅が近くにあり、地下鉄で武威広場に行くことができます。次回行くならこのホテルに泊まります。それが必要です[強い]

それはいいけど、朝食時は人が多すぎて食べるのも大変だし、座る場所もないけど、休日なら当然だよね！休日には朝食ダイニングエリアを追加すると良いでしょう！フロント係のリリさんはとても親切で、チェックイン時にWeChatを追加してくれました。部屋が掃除されたらすぐに通知し、滞在中のすべての質問にすぐに答えてくれました。全体として、家族旅行は強くお勧めします！

A resort liked accommodation. Lovely view of the sunset and mountains. Quiet and serene! Though it is not easy to move around as it is not located near busy restaurants, it provide lovely meals. The manager and staff provide superb transport services when we need to go to the canyon. They also facilitated engaging a good and reliable driver to drive us to our next sites with reasonable cost. Special thanks to Fei who provided excellent services all the time.

素敵な場所!都会の平和と静けさのオアシス。空港に近いので、動物の自然の魅力であることを知らずにこのホテルを予約しました。場所は離れており、湖の隣にあり、設備の整った客室には素晴らしい料理と非常に親切なレストランのスタッフと管理があります。従業員221は、時間内に空港に着くことがどれほど重要であるか、そして外国人としてタクシーやディディを時間内に要求できないかもしれないことをどれほど心配しているかを説明した後、私たちを空港に連れて行ってくれてとても親切でした。全体的に、家族やビジネス旅行者に予約なしでこのホテルをお勧めします。自然の中で安らぎ、親切な人がいます。

Spacious room with private onsen. It's in a more peaceful part of the hotel, so some walking required! Responsive room service that came promptly whenever help was needed (e.g. adjusting temperature of onsen). Generous fruit + snacks platter prepared upon arrival and changed daily, including free convenience food and drinks. Only thing was that the usage hours of the public bath pools were not told to us - it was only on for the first day we were there till about 8/9pm and not again, which was disappointing because i wanted to try the different baths.

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

【最高の体験、贅沢な冬の休暇】武漢の甘孜山にある華剣堂・蘭雪ホテルは、この冬、間違いなく最も驚きと喜びを与えてくれる宿泊施設です！✨ 今回宿泊したプライベート温泉ルームはまさに絶品でした。バルコニーにプライベート温泉があり、カーテンを閉めれば、自分だけの温かく心地よい空間が広がります。冬の温泉に浸かりながら窓の外の景色を眺めるのは、この上なくリラックスできて至福のひとときでした！ 部屋は広々として明るく、最新式の高級設備が整っていました。エアコンの効きも良く、入った瞬間から温かい歓迎を感じました。部屋全体が清潔で整頓されており、防音性も抜群で、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 サービスは満点です！スタッフは迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくれ、リクエストへの対応や荷物の配達など、あらゆることに迅速かつ心を込めて対応してくれました。シャトルバスが常に待機していたので、スキー場とホテル間の移動も非常に便利で、「休暇の自由」を実感できました。 朝食のメニューも驚くほど豊富で、中華麺と洋菓子の両方が揃っていました。さらに嬉しいことに、テイクアウトはロボットが素早く上の階まで届けてくれるので、衛生的で安心です。部屋には常にほのかな香りが漂い、細部に至るまで質の高さを感じました。武漢でスキーや温泉旅行を計画しているなら、ここはまさにうってつけの場所です。プライベート温泉、スキー、美味しい食事、快適な宿泊施設など、すべてが揃った贅沢な体験ができます！強くお勧めします！またすぐにでも訪れたいです！❤️

帶孩子來甘露山滑雪場滑雪，預訂千里走單騎民宿，住的星天外，這裏每個美好的名字對應不同的別墅樓羣，我們的房間很大，正對湖面，每天可以看景發呆，還可以躺在床上看日落，簡直不要太美好！整體甘露山文創城修建的不錯，乾淨整潔，時尚有朝氣，最大的吸睛點就是華中最大的室內滑雪場，環湖還有摩天輪，一小片免費玩水的沙灘，還有一些海盜船之類的機械遊樂項目！吃飯的話外賣可以送至房間，另外整個區域有麥當勞和幾家小吃店，在商業街新開了一家江西菜，離熱鬧的商業區黃陂廣場也很近，叫車很方便！ 房間很大很安靜，整體設計也合理，布草很舒服，屋內有小冰箱，炎炎夏日的必備品，空調也很給力，洗澡水很穩定舒適，工作人員的態度也很和善，有服務微信有求必應，走路去滑雪場七八分鐘，來回也可以叫民宿的接駁車，整體來説作為一個微度假的地點再合適不過了！

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!
