キッチン付きのキャビンを予約したのですが、シャワーとトイレが共用だとは記載されていませんでした。 Trip.comでオプションを選んだところ、他のキャビンにはバスルームとトイレが共用と記載されていたのに、私のキャビンには共用とは記載されていませんでした。 スタッフから、専用バスルーム付きの他のキャビンにアップグレードするように言われました。私は「アップグレードではなく、料金に含まれているはずです」と伝えました。「マネージャーに問い合わせてもいいですか？」と尋ねると、マネージャーは「結果は同じです」と言いました。 もしバスルームが共用なら、説明文に明記されているはずです。 それ以外はすべて問題なく、満足しています。

The facilities are quite old, but the staff are very friendly and the food is especially delicious.

A good first stop over for our campervan trip as it is 1hr away from auckland airport. We checked in after opening hours (they close pretty early) but we could easily find our way and the check in instructions were clear and easy. Plenty of flies attracted to light at the campsite. Our camper was filled with flies and spent a long time chasing them away. So do be careful when turning on the lights when moving in and out of the camper.

Check in was smooth and quick but changed room twice to get everything right. Our first room had urine stains on the toilet, which means this room was not properly cleaned up. That was terribly disgusting to find these spots. Also, the smart TV in the first room didn't work. Our second room was find but has no bathtub as requested. Changed to the third room and finally get the okay one with great AC, working TV and cleanness. It was our first time stayed in a 5-star hotel in NZ and was surprised the standard is quite low compared to the other 5 stars in Asia. Has small heated pool accommodating 6 people max. Swimming pool and sauna were fine but steam room didn't work. Service okay and great breakfast. Will consider the other place next time.

房間很大，很適合家庭住，單床的房間睡覺很安靜，最美的是房間有個小院子可以坐在外面吃早餐，看日出，看大海，還有很多海鳥就在眼前飛，走出去還可以接觸到地熱的水，房間也能直觀地熱冒煙

家主の妻はとてもフレンドリーで、予約した部屋には天然温泉もありますが、特別な軍隊の旅行で楽しむ時間がなく、部屋はとても暖かく、家族に適しています。タウポは1日以上滞在するのに適しており、手配されていないポイントがいくつかあります。これは本当に良いです。

モーテルとは異なり、湖の見える部屋は美しいですが、残念ながら2泊予約しました。次回娘と子供たちを連れてきて、湖の見える部屋を予約するのを楽しみにしています。部屋の窓の外に出て泳ぐことができます。湖のそばにお湯があります。お風呂はとても良く、中国の上司です。

流行のため、価格はとても安いです。今回はお出かけに最適です。モーテルにはゲストが少ないので、夜に他人の邪魔をする心配はありません。スパはとても広々としていて快適です。私は自分のワインを過去に持ってきました。全体的な感じはとても良いです。いいです
