When checking in we were notified that the pool didn’t work. Would have booked another hotel if we had known this fact. They offered to let us cancel but all other hotels were more expensive now that it was the day of. We were able to use the hotel pool across the street but definitely not ideal in the winter. Also the pull out sofa beds were listed as “double” and are definitely not double.

Front Desk agent Hope, was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Dylan, from Maintenance, was courteous and resolved an A/C issue in my room quickly and efficiently.

They advertised having a hot tub but it was out of order and they said it would be working the next day but it wasn’t.

No coffee until 7 a.m.???? $10.00 for a martini with 1 ounce of gun???? The breakfast sandwich was awful...worst have ever had. Room was comfortable. Front staff and dining staff were very nice.

The hotel is clean, rooms are nice bed was comfortable. Hope at the front desk went above and beyond both times we stayed here.

The only thing that I wish was different was the beds! They are hard - super hard. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The cleanliness was wonderful. Beds were so comfortable.. breakfast was great. However in the shower, there was no body soap in the dispenser, and it was hard to read the writing on the bottles / containers in the shower to know which was shampoo, conditioner, or body cleanser.. . Overall great.. n

My mother recently traveled to visit my nephew, she is not familiar with ride share apps (Uber/Lyft) so when there were no taxi's available because of an event in town, the staff booked her ride to and from the hospital. They went above and beyond good service!

The rooms are made up from old construction and while it was clean, it was so much worse than the pictures. If you stay here, plan a chiropractor visit afterwards because the beds are awful and we’ll never be back!

The staff was amazing and so kind. Everything was clean. The pool is open 24 hours. Great location. Super close to the mall and restaurants.

Clean and comfortable. I was surprised there was no microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful.
