酒店比較舊，但床舒服，安全是可以的.

これは私が今まで泊まった中で最悪の場所です、湿気があり、不潔で、臭いがあり、いたるところにカビがあり、壁に汚れがあり、暖房もテレビもスパもランプシェードもありません、シャワーは危険でした-部屋はすべて写真のようではありませんでした、全体建物にはひどい臭いがありました。この場所はビジネスとして運営されるべきではありません。絶対に避けてください。

*********** の写真から判断すると、ロンドンのホテルは問題ありませんでしたが、中に入るとがっかりします。ホテルには急な狭い階段がたくさんあり、デラックス ツイン ルームを予約していましたが、何と言えばいいでしょうか。壁はミント グリーンで、いたるところに擦り傷や跡があり、鏡付きのワードローブのドアは壊れていました。木製のノブを締めすぎたせいでガラスが割れていました。壁からネジが突き出ていて、ベッドサイドのテーブル ランプは半分に壊れていました。ペンキにはニスの跡があり、カーテンにはペンキが付いていました。照明器具は古めかしく見えました。息子は、その場所にとても怯え、トラウマを負いました。バスルームのむき出しの配線、古いシミのある家具、割れたバスタオル、部屋に入るとドアの後ろの壁に大きな穴が開いていました。死の罠が待っているような場所です。メンテナンスと手入れが行き届いていないため、この場所は火事になるでしょう。

Filthy, disgusting, a health and safety nightmare. Should be condemned and torn down. As soon as you walk in the sewage smell hits you. Your feet stick to the carpet, it's falling apart. Three disgusting dirty sticky flights of carpeted stairs to get to a room that is disgusting. The pictures speak for its self. The mattress was covered with stains and was clearly decades old. Masking tape was on the edges of the electric heater. The bed base was filthy. Please don't ever go here. The environmental health and health and safety must intervien to close this place down. Absolutely shocking that this place is still standing. We left after one look at the room and now have approached *********** to get our money back. The photos they show are not of this hell hole. Stay away.

Considering how cheap this hotel is, I do find it hard to be as harsh as other reviews. Maybe I had a better room? I booked very last minute after missing a last train, and was checked in without issue. The reception is actually quite nice? Genuinely thought the room wasn’t bad at all. Double bed made up of two singles, an effective heater and an en-suite. Towels and toiletries were included. The room was quiet, safe and comfortable. It was also clean. I had no issue with dodgy sockets or bugs. The one thing in the room which wouldn’t be expected was the sink, which was not connected to a waste pipe. This meant any running water went straight on to the floor - this may well be why others have leaky ceiling! If that piping was fixed, I’d think the room was perfectly fine! One last oddity outside of the room, was upon check out, reception was dark and the staff member was snoring away on the sofa with a duvet. I have a sense of humour, I thought it was hilarious. But probably not safe for him, or guests knowing anyone can walk in or out. I left my key on the side. If it was cheap enough I probably would stay again, but I’d want the room I had as it sounds like others are worse. It did me fine when stuck in london x

Vi stayed there 18. May 2023 from 01.30 am. to 08.00 am. Water was coming through the lights from det ceiling. All the water come into the bed. The Hotell smelt urin and dirt. Horrible. Recommend nobody to live there.

Worst hotel ever. Smells, decor poor,tv doesn't work, towels not changed,over all just plain grotty. Bathroom like a bad 70s show,toiliteies never repleneshes. Beware of pictures on website they are in no way reflective .

GROSS!!! Mould in the bathroom, shower curtain stained all yellow, holes and dirt on the walls, window does not have a handle! Our door got stuck so we couldnt get out unless we use some force, no mugs to make a tea! Plug sockets hanging off the walls!! Also, they use fake photos on their website, rooms do NOT look like it at all! ADVOID!!!

I booked this hotel for 3 nights but I needed to leave before my stay was over. The room was absolutely filthy and looked nothing like the advertisement. There were bedbugs and a cockroach. There was a problem with the bathroom light, and the window in the bedroom would not close or lock. Avoid this place at all costs!

Seriously need of sanitation.. our bathroom had wires hanging from the wall. No ventilation, exposed light sockets.. hole in the floor. Bedside light hanging from the wall… mirror door on wardrobe broken a had sliced it on my leg… we left early.

The rooms did not look like any of the photos they have uploaded, the rooms were filthy and dirty and not very welcoming at all. For instance our bed was broken and they could not give us a new room, the freezer and the fridge were broken and our bathroom smelled very bad all of the time.

Absolutely terrible, filthy and generally disgusting. Cracked mirrors, holes in walls, no air-con, staff sleeping in front lobby, mould, BED BUGS so bad my friend needed medical attention. Only 1 of 2 towels replaced once in 5 days. Whole place smelt musty. Bathroom was unclean. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!! NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!! STAY HERE AT OWN RISK 🤢🤢
