Die Tiefgarage ist eine Herausforderung. Nur mit eingeklappten Spiegeln beider Autos ist Parken möglich. Ausserdem müssen die Autos gegeneinander einfahren, eines vorwärts, das zweite rückwärts. zum Glück hatte ich Hilfe bei dr inweisung von sehr freundlichen Hausmeistern.

We had a very comfortable stay at Flemings over the Christmas holiday, visiting family in Munich. The staff at the hotel really went above and beyond whenever we had questions or needed help. They were even kind enough to lend us some ingredients from the kitchen when all stores we closed and we needed it for our Christmas dinner. Amazing staff, really! Rooms are nice, comfortable and modern. Breakfast is worth every penny and more. We'll be back again for future family visits. The hotel came recommended to us from other family members, and we'll be sure to pass the same recommendation to others.

It’s a basic hotel that says it’s 4 star - it’s not. It’s like a solid 2.5 or maybe 3. Reminded me of a dorm room.

Sehr gut: Beim Check-Out muss man einfach nur die Chipkarte in einen Glaskasten werfen. 👍 Und sehr gute Lage. Ansonsten allerdings: Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man den Schreibtisch kaum nutzen konnte. Vergilbtes (!) Handtuch im Bad Kein Kühlschrank in der Minibar Auf dem Flur lagen Reinigungsutensilien des Personals / Schränke weit aufgerissen. Der Fitness-Raum eignet sich für Kardio, war aber kaum mit Hanteln bestückt.

As always....a great hotel offering superb value for money. Staff are excellent and always willing to help if required

The hotel staff is too hands on. Highly complicated check in. There are high hidden fees (30% of the bill) that are not disclosed -for property. Why? This is new as I stayed at the hotel before without these fees.

広い部屋で落ち着いて良かったです。エレベーターが1台で朝混むので時間に余裕が必要です。

Checking was unique. Liked parking availability. Didn’t have towels in the room. We had to ask twice.

Very comfortable bed but the AC wasn't very cold the room was too warm. Nice breakfast and friendly helpful staff

Good location and clean rooms

Hotellet er plassert sentralt i Schwabing, nord i München. Gangavstand til bl.a. Englisher Garten, BMW Welt og Olympiaparken. Kort avstand til både U Bahn, trikk og buss. Personalet er serviceinnstilt, positive og blide. Vi koser oss alltid på Flemings Hotel München Schwabing.

Lovely room. Excellent helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast options and ver nice bar. Used as a base for exploring Munich and going to concert at Olympic Stadium - perfect location, would definitely stay again.
