The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed is comfy. A cost-effective choice. The only thing is, as the hotel is close to the main plaza with many restaurants, I hope the hotel will have ways to clearn and prevent roaches from getting inside the rooms.

Muy céntrico y limpio

Según aparece en la información del hotel, hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Este punto es directamente falso. Lo que tiene es una calefacción central por aire para calentar el hotel las noches frias. Sin embargo, las noches calidas, como en abril, no tienes la opción de poner el aire acondicionado para refrescar la habitación, y la calefacción la ponen a 25 grados, lo que es una barbaridad. Solicitado a recepción activar el aire acondicionado, comunican que no es posible. Tampoco fue posible solicitar una habitación con cama doble dado que no habia disponibilidad, pese a que ese día habían dejado el hotel muchas parejas por ser final de semana . Para rematar, tampoco contestaban al teléfono, y la primera vez que lo hicieron, me dejaron en espera y, estando en espera, colgaron. Por lo demás, las habitaciones son correctas y la limpieza también. El servicio es el mínimo, y por ello la calidad del servicio es mala. El desayuno, visto el precio y la oferta, ni nos lo planteamos, en la plaza hay mejores opciones y mas económicas.

Disappointed with our stay Travelling from England to Alicante and decided to stay here as reviews good. Hotel ok but the room we was allocated was off a internal vent shaft curtains didn't draw properly so light shined through all night from hallway. The room was uncomfortably hot 24 Celsius.. tried turning the heating down by room stat but doesn't control nothing complain a couple of times at reception and was informed that the heating is controlled by them He said that he will cool the whole floor 3rd floor down which he did. However 1/2 later heat was coming from the vent shaft and couldn't be stopped. so a very restless night not refreshed for the rest of the journey We paid the 13.5 euro for parking but i wouldn't recommend it if you have a large car . Directions to car park take you up a 1 way street then down the next one way street to park underground . the street is more f a alleyway and you can see where lots of other cars have hit the walls on both sides Our car is a peugeot 3008 so quite big but not the biggest I would suggest if using the parking to go via the post office at the back which comes out in the same road as car park entrance bays in car park are also very small appreciate it is in the old town centre Apart from above the rest of the hotel is fine i.e. bathroom beds etc tv was also good as used fire stick to get english chanels with good wifi

Small, simple hotel in a great location for all Teruel attractions. Good internet. Next to lots of eateries.

La habitación muy cómoda, el buffet del desayuno un poco pobre para mí gusto, pero buena comida y muy buena ubicación sales del hotel y tienes la plaza del tórico con muchas tiendas y restaurantes

En un viaje de varias ciudades seleccionamos Teruel para recargarnos una noche, procedentes en tren de Valencia, y tanto como nos felicitamos por hacerlo, nos lamentamos por apartar solo una noche para una ciudad que tiene todo cerca, caminable, amable, el hotel es muy acogedor y las habitaciones te permiten estar muy holgado, hay sitios de buen comer muy cerca y manzanas y manzanas de sitios para conocer, fuera del casco histórico la ciudad tiene mucho que ver en una u otra dirección, bajar por ejemplo la Atalaya de San Julián o ascensor panorámico es bello, ver los puentes como el viaducto de Fernando Hue, los parques, hasta las casas para adultos mayores, en algo y con sus propias perspectivas, evoca a Toledo con unas dimensiones menores, donde todo esta cerca y es amigable... y el Hotel... oh... que habitación tán cálida y qué personal tan dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda, notable en instalaciones y en calidad humana... tanta historia, tanto paisaje, tanto descanso, muchos motivos para querer retornar y el servicio de ducha épico para un baño recordable. Limpio, sobrio, elegante.

Todo perfecto, muy céntrico, el personal muy agradable y atento,el desayuno perfecto y el parking muy cerca, la única pega es el olor que salía del baño por las mañanas

La suite en la que nos alojamos era muy espaciosa y cómoda. Buena limpieza y mucha tranquilidad para descansar, con la ventaja de estar en el centro del casco histórico. El desayuno muy bien

No le doy mas puntuación porque estaría bien que la habitación se fregase, ya que la suela de las zapatillas de casa no engañan. Por todo lo demás muy contento y el personal del hotel de 10.

Télécommande ne fonctionne pas bien. Toilette ne fonctionne pas bien. Pas toujours quelqu'un à la réception. Stationnement ardu. Près de tout ce qui est touristique. Bon déjeuner. Personnel courtois
