スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。とても清潔できれいでした。部屋は手入れが行き届いていて、きれいに保たれていました。 4階になりました。眺めも素晴らしかった。ビュッフェ式朝食はかなり充実していて、小さなサイズの持ち帰り用バッグもあります。強くお勧めします！

Very friendly to pet! Like there is trail around hotel property. The room itself, may need some deep cleaning, bottom of the furnitures have lots of dust.

Older facility that has been renovated in recent years. Did not love the busy area, but it was pretty quiet through the night. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. What more could you ask.

The air unit in our room I think needed to be maintenanced. It was incredibly and sounded like a jet engine warming up. It was so loud my husband turned it off because we couldn’t sleep but then it got so hot we also couldn’t sleep because of that. Did not get a restful sleep.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend staying here.

The price was reasonable for the area. The area was a bit tight but convenient to Outlets, restaurants and a short drive to Biltmore Mansion.

Clean well kept facility, good breakfast, poor internet Wi-Fi service, lacking towel bars/hooks in Bathroom.

Staff was very welcoming and made check in very smooth. She recommended restaurants that were good and was just a very friendly young woman. Rooms were nice and stay was a pleasant experience. Good breakfasts too!

The room was comfortable and in good condition. The service was very good. My wife left something in a drawer and the staff was very responsive in sending it to us. The gazebo was rotting and need repair. The breakfast was ok. Overall, the hotel was ok but would have expected more for the price.

Breakfast is way above par for the average freebie. Rooms are the perfect size with a ton of USB ports and outlets.

The rooms were very dark, very outdated, stains in the bedsheet, beds were not properly made on our second day, and the most horrible thing was how loud the AC was. I have learned one thing, spend a few bucks more and go to a Hampton Inn.
