There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree.
The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund.
No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

Service was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

とても親切なスタッフ、古い部屋のあるホテルは廃墟になっている、安くてあまり機能的ではないテレビ、黄色の浴槽のある使い古されたバスルーム、水滴が滴るトイレの水洗、最小限のカバー、利用可能なものはなく、部屋は寒い

When we arrived there was a fire just next to the hotel and smoke everywhere. People were panicking at the reception area when we arrived. I had difficulties to breathe. Question to you: Would you have a good feeling to check in at his situation? We kindly asked the employee on duty (reception) of this hotel if he is ok with the fact, we would like to cancel our reservation due to our health and safety. He laughed at me and said no. What an unprofessional reaction … Platinum member or not…. He just gave us the feeling, he wouldn’t care of any health and security of their customers. A mum was crying that she was afraid of your daughter left in the room. He screamed at the woman instead of calming her down. This situation escalated and the THE OWN COLLEAGUE (female) of the male colleague had to calm him down, as she realized that this behavior was shocking to everyone… clients and the employees as well. Unacceptable! The whole situation was a shame for IHG for showing no respect of safety for their clients. This was the worst experience I have made in any hotel so far. It was not possible for us to stay at this hotel due the conditions just mentioned above. We had to find another hotel for the night. What a shame in humanity. Never again I will chose Holiday Inn.

Spent one night here and booked due to location. This hotel is around 10 min from the airport. We had a 6am flight and the hotel arranged for taxi pick up at 445. The hotel is nice but feels very dated and in need of refurbishment. It had good air conditioning and wifi. They also offered free breakfast but I left too early to enjoy this offer. Would recommend if you have an early morning flight - otherwise would research other places.

I decided to stay for a night at his hotel so i could be near the Airport and enjoy the sun one more day in the pool.
The pool was very dirty, the sunbeds the dirtiest i have ever seen. Carpets in the corridors very dirty and old, teared in some parts which can be easily trip hazard.
Staff was very friendly. The restaurant had good food.

The hotel is located near the airport but the only way to get there is by taxi, which costs at least 20 euros. Limited dining options nearby.

The hotel is on the edge of the city and isn't the most pleasant environment. Outside was a sort of car park with some stripped down cars and the entrance where the underground car park is looks a bit like an industrial wasteland. Once inside though the hotel is very pleasant and our room was quiet, spacious and clean. There were plenty of power sockets, a desk to work at and decent wifi. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on food but the hotel was a good base to explore the area - Cagliari centre was less than 10 minutes away and was an easy drive.

Nice pool, good breakfast, steam room and the sauna (quite good even by nordic standards!). We were able to get a late check out without extra charge which was really nice. Couple of notes though; the dinner - quite slow service due to only one waiter taking the orders, delivering food, charging (the hotel was full so they should have anticipated a busy dinner and get extra help) and the food was quite average. The rooms are somewhat outdated (clean though) but I missed an outlet next to bed for charging a phone - there was an outlet only on one side of the bed. All in all a nice one night stop before going to the airport!

Simple but very comfortable room, good infrastructure. It is located near the airport and far away from the city. Staff is friendly. No shuttle to the airport is ofered, so the only option is by taxi.

Stayed as had early flight next day. ******* failed to confirm booking but excellent receptionist sorted it out professionally and calmly for us , who by now were alarmed!. Had lunch which was excellent; proscuitto and melon fresh and generous portions and ditto the mozzarella, followed by excellent lamb chops and fresh grilled vegetables. This was served by a very professional Alexandro who advised us on the wine and was most attentive. As he was completing his shift ,he introduced us to Luca by way of handover, most unusual in my experience but very professional. Delighted with room, cleanliness and a well stocked fridge if needed. Will definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our visit to Sardinia beaches. The main reason we chose the hotel was because I had some reward nights at my IHG Rewards program. We were welcomed with a huge smile. The staff absolutely did their best to accommodate us. The rooms are well equipped and has all the necessities. We were so happy that the mini bar was filled with complimentary soft drinks but we were unsure whether they were complimentary or not (end result: they were). Welcome: We arrived around 11:30 a.m. The staff noticed that I'm holding platinum status and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable welcome. We were offered welcome drinks and a room upgrade in recognition of the status. We walked to our room talking how lovely the staff were. The room: The hotel is not a new one. However, it is obvious that the staff are doing their best to keep it at the best condition that it can be. The room was nicely prepared with plenty of amenities and the bed was comfortable. The only problem with the room was the air-conditioning. While the air-conditioning worked nicely, it was a bit noisy when working and it kept stopping in the middle of the night causing us to wake up in sweat. Apart from this hick-up, we really enjoyed our large comfortable room. Location: Our goal in this trip was to visit a different beach in the area with our rental car. The hotel served perfectly for that with parking available in front of the hotel and the location being outside the city (making it easier to go where we want to go). However, without a rental car, the hotel is outside the city and it didn't seem easy to go to Cagliari city centre. The hotel receives a lot of tour groups for this reason. Restaurant: We had breakfasts and 1 dinner here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite rich and we found everything we would need for breakfast in the buffet. We didn't order hot breakfast since the process wasn't clear but I guess that was an option too. They offer barista made coffee which is a huge plus. The dinner meals that we ordered were not impressive but it was a nice and easy option for a quick dinner for hotel guests. Overall: We had a great stay. The hotel is not centrally located but if you are driving around, it is a great option. The hotel seemed a bit old but still nicely managed and offers a comfortable stay overall.
