Wohl nicht bereit wegen schwerwiegenden körperlichen Problemen eine Umbuchung vorzunehmen. Man beruft sich immer auf das gebuchte. Einfach mal menschlich entscheiden und Verständnisvoll handeln.

Visited the last week of January, the hotel was not busy. The gym cable weight machine is old, and needs some safety upgrades.

Amazing hotel!! The room was huge and so comfortable, with a large bed, an armchair, a large TV with a desk and the te, coffee and kettle set. I booked mainly for the swimming pool and spa, which is very good (wish they had the steam room and the water of the swimming pool was heated though) and with long hours. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices, although unfortunately the dining room was very crowded as the hotel is really big: I believe they should add more water/juice station to avoid long lines. All in all an amazing and relaxing stay!

Our family of 4 stayed for 1 night on route to Brugge. Fantastic facilities including a very well maintained swimming pool which we were delighted to use both in the evening & morning. Our room was way beyond expectations as our 3 year old twins made themselves at home. The hotel is situated beside the Rhine River and in the heart of KoningsWinter. Breakfast at the hotel was scrumptious. Most importantly the staff really made it a wonderful visit. Friendliness permeates throughout the whole hotel coupled with professional delivery. WONDERFUL

On the Rhein . Pretty central, walking distance from the station, very nice staff, luggage storage on arrival and departure. Beautiful clean cared for hotel. Breakfast buffet offered everything , fresh honey, smoked fish, hot, cold dishes , fruit I could go on . The swimming pool was perfect and our stay coincided with the wine fest. Wonderful local wines. The train to the top of the drachenfels stupendous and views that are wonderful. All helped along by beautiful weather. We will be back and if this is a taste of maritim hotels we will be staying in others . Konigswinter a beautiful spot on the Rhein to stay

We had a magnificent stay. Andrea was able to accommodate us for early check in, after more than 24 hrs of travel for us. We had a very pleasant experience.

The location of the area is wonderful, and the hotel itself is decent. The breakfast was delightful, and the facilities were generally good. However, we encountered an issue during our stay in late May—the temperature inside the room was insufficiently cool for comfortable sleep. Despite our attempts to use the AC, we were informed that it was not operational until later in the summer, which was different from our experience at other hotels on this trip where the AC was available without any problems. To alleviate the situation, we had to resort to keeping the window fully open, but even then, the room remained uncomfortably warm, although slightly improved. Additionally, due to its proximity to the main street and the train station, the room was excessively noisy and bright. The train's constant activity throughout the night made it incredibly challenging to get a good night's sleep. We raised all these concerns with the reception, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful in addressing the issues. Furthermore, when we sought a refund, we were informed that it was not possible because we had booked through **********. Adding to our disappointment, this particular hotel was the most expensive one we stayed in during our trip, and the overall experience did not justify the high cost.

Big disappointment. The look and feel of this hotel is a far cry from the luxurious photos online. It is very outdated. I booked a small dark single room here with an unpleasant street view for 229 Euro with breakfast, only to find out that this rate does not include breakfast. Breakfast is another 19 Euro and parking 19 Euro. Also found our that unlike many of the other hotel chains, Maritim hotel will not allow one to collect points unless the room is booked directly over their website. Average, tired room with zero in room amenities. Not even coffee. Poor ergonomic desk & chair for working. Pool closed til 30 June. Sauna closed til 30 June. With plenty of great hotels in an around Bonn, I would NOT not recommend the Maritim in Konigiswinter. Plus, its is too far from Bonn.
