Great location, wonderful hospitality delicious food and courteous staff. The hotel location is scenic with all rooms having wonderful hill view. Bramha Rathod and his team are well trained and provided a superb hospitality throughout our stay at the hotel

Bramha rathod Excellent place for a short vacation, quiet and peaceful location. Entire staff is very supportive and way professional. Rooms were spotless and facilities were well-maintained. Food quality is of supreme level, with a huge variety of options and delicious in taste. Staff were attentive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Worth a visit !!

Comfortable stay with excellent views. Famous View points are very near by. Enjoy nature walking nearby resort, swimming with views and tasty food with in house restaurant. Kid friendly as well, had many gaming options both indoors and outdoors and special food on demad was available for kids.

This is definitely one of the best properties in Lonavala on the Aamby Valley road. Lot can be said about the challenging access to the property, but once you land there, I must mention that you will be served with the best of the hospitality ever experienced. Thanks to Brahma, Sheyoshree, Neelam, Rudra, Aasif and several others, who can make your stay a most wonderful experience. Food is of the top quality therefore it is recommended to go for all meals while you are booking this property. There are lot of indoor games planned for a heavy monsoon day in Lonavala. The swimming pool is by far the best and well serviced too, to enjoy a warm afternoon. Mastiff has a very efficient staff from the restaurant, spa , housekeeping etc - who will work tirelessly to exceed all your expectations during your stay and will leave pleasant memories about Lonavala.

Our stay at Mastiff Grand La Villae was soo amazing and mesmerising. Everything here was so perfect and beautiful especially the hospitality, delicious food and the service staff. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Brahma, ms Loki, Mr Rudra, Ms Lanchui and Ms Sheyo. The resort is located around the nature and the views are breathtaking.. it is also very kid friendly resort with kids play area, kid pool and play garden :) will surely visit again :)

To begin with the location is just superbbb surrounded by mountains and near to amby valley ....food is also good but I think they should keep some more varieties in breakfast like pastries, seasonal fruits like mangoes etc....pool is the best here and room services also. We really enjoyed our stay here...thanks mastiff team 👍😊😊

View from the room is very beautiful. Staff of mastiff are very humble and helpful. Place is very peacefull. It's was a very great experience here.
