The hotel is well located in a busy street, near the local market. However, at night it was noisy if you had to open the window. It was very hot in our room and the air condition was stopped so we had to open the window but could not sleep due to the buses and taxis passing. There is a mosque near the hotel that will wake you up around 6 in the morning. The breakfast was average with no orange juice just coffee and tea, extra charge for the omelette around 15 Tl. masks, gloves and sanitizers were provided in the breakfast room. 2 malls were close around 25 minutes walking. The pub street and restaurants were also 25 minutes walking. The staff are very helpful and the receptionists speak Arabic and English. The rooms were clean. I recommend this hotel for its location and for a short stay only.

İş gereği sürekli seyahat ederim ve çeşitli otellerde mecburen konaklarım. Şimdiye kadar hiç bir otel hakkında yorum yapma gereği duymadım çünkü zamanım olmadı. Hayatımda bu otel kadar kalitesi yetersiz bir otel görmedim. Üstüne üstelik 4 yıldızlıydı sonradan öğrendim şaşırdım. Odamda aşırı derecede sigara kokusu vardı odanın içine sinmiş. Çok rahatsız oldum geçer dedim uyurken pencereyi açtım gece üşüdüm fakat Portmantoda normalde yedek battaniye vb. şeyler olurdu o da yoktu. Kahvaltı için de kimse bilgilendirmedi. Bunların üstüne yatak yanı sehpalarda toz birikmişti hijyenik değildi. Olmaması gerek şeylerdi

素晴らしい素晴らしい旅行とディバン アダナでの滞在。フライトのキャンセルにより、旅の始まりは疲れ果て、アンタルヤに立ち寄りました。ホテルの滞在は7泊に削減されました。ディバンホテルの経営陣は私たちの滞在を非常に満足させ、追加料金なしでパッケージnファミリーコネクティングルームの変更として提供しました。ホテルの経営から朝食ビュッフェ、部屋や場所まで、すべてが完璧でした。ディバンホテルアダナで素晴らしい滞在ができました。家族での滞在には間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします。経営陣とレセプションスタッフに多大な感謝を捧げます。

Sapsarı lekeli eskimiş çarşaf, yastık ve havlular. Üç kere çarşaf değiştirtirdim. Bir yastık var kılıfı çıkartıyorsunuz sapsarı. Herşey yıkanmaktan eskimiş ve griye dönmüş. Yatak alezi yırtık pırtık ve sapsarı. Toz bezi yapılacak kıvama gelmiş şeyleri müşteriye çıkartmaya utanmıyor musunuz. Sabahtan beri personeliniz yazık benimle uğraşıyor. Kendilerine sabrı için teşekkür ediyorum sağolsunlar bu kusuru gidermek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ama bu onların çözebileceği birşey değil. Otel yönetiminin bütün yatak yorgan nevresim ne varsa değiştirtmesi lazım. Gerçekten rezillik

私は1泊しました。このホテルでもっと時間を過ごす時間があればいいのにと思います。市の中心部にあり、メルケス公園とアタチュルク公園から徒歩圏内です。素敵で暖かく、親切な人がいる非常に近代的な都市。私の部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。また、やかん、コーヒーカップ、ボディクリーム、シャンプーなど、部屋で使用する製品の品質も気に入っています。ボディクリーム、石鹸、シャンプーは素晴らしく、ゴージャスな香りがします。

We stayed here for 18 days and I can’t fault sky garden. The apartment was lovely very modern and clean all facilities we needed were there. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location close to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here next time we visit family in Adana.

On recommendation my husband and I booked a table at the hotel’s restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Despite it looking like a nice restaurant, the food on offer was just the same as that on offer in any ocakbaşı in Adana. The room was disapointingly empty but for us and another couple (and a big black fly that wouldn’t leave our table). A bottle of sweet dessert white wine was produced and shown to my husband (who doesn’t really drink wine) and served served in huge glasses. While we were still obviously eating our mezes, they were cleared away for our main course …mine chicken breast. With the first bite I started to burn up as it was overly spicy. The waiter removed it and a loud argument started in the kitchen with the chef saying that the guest should ask for the meal to not be spicy. After 20 minutes, the replacement chicken came back but unbelievably salty. We paid 735tl and left. PS..We sat by the window to the terrace where, apparently, the staff go to have a cigarette. PPS…this place obviously thinks that the actual room, decor and having a waiter pull out the lady’s chair is all that is required to charge a fortune for the experience. PPPS…during our time there, I used the restroom….it was difficult to find as it was in a dark hallway. I had to enter a room to turn on the light after guessing it could be the ladies’ which it thankfully was.
