Great hotel! Located in a nice and clean area. We were able to access all that we needed

We had a great stay. Breakfast was excellent and everything was very clean. Couldn't ask for more. Our friends were staying at a much pricier hotel and wished they had booked here instead.

This was close to everything in Addison. It's also close to the tollway as well. I had a great stay.

This was my second time staying here and I enjoyed it just as the first. Very welcoming staff, nice, comfortable rooms that were cleaned to my standards and it is centrally located on the ***** in Addison. The location is so convenient.

I have stayed at many locations over the last few months and by far this is one of the most friendly , clean and smelling good location . If there were 100 stars that is what this location deserves

This place was well maintained, clean, added comforts, had added features at breakfast so a step above others (but still a poor breakfast overall), beds were good, a/c was good, was not run down or getting old- it was nice. Front desk was acceptably polite.

Better than expected. Better than the average hotel. Friendly Staff. Clean place. Great lighting in the room. Fridge and Microwave included. Bathroom has extractor fan.

I ABSOLUTELY love staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison! I've stayed at this remarkable establishment on numerous occasions, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to personally commend Ms. Trish. She goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests. Her personality is pleasant, and she is very knowledgeable of the job. You'll feel welcome from the moment you enter the doors. I know for me personally, each stay gets better and better. I dread check out time. That's just how much I LOVE this hotel. It's the BEST! The rooms, and the entire property is clean and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff and groundsmen. Their doing a magnificent job. This hotel is conveniently located near many eateries, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. I encourage anyone to go ahead and book your stay. You won't be disappointed.
