Lovely resort on Taghazout Bay. Hospitality is really good, they couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant isn't buffet, it's waiter service, which is nice. Alcohol is not sold in shops in surrounding area, so buying at hotel prices is VERY expensive, so bring duty free if that's your thing. I found housekeeping not so great, good clean beds and towels, but I don't think the floor was swept all week! Lots of petals on bed for 2 days. All in all - a beautiful setting with good service! There is an easy walk to taghazout village where you can buy food and essentials (not alcohol 😉). I went in January and the pool area was quiet which was good but the restaurant lacked atmosphere in the evening, although the italian restaurant on site had a fabulous singer which I think would be a great asset to the bar area! On arrival at Agadir you will be met with men wanting to help with your bags, one clever one wore a hiviz! Of course they want paid, even in sterling. Just to make you aware! I also took a picture of a man with a Camel which also cost me 😆 !
The Hyatt Regency is a gem of a hotel by the coast. Between the hotel and the beach there is a watersport sentre, and camels and horses are possible to ride on for a small cost. The melas are lovely, and the roms are spacious. Aimad at the lunchbar was very helpful and quick to service us with what we wanted. The food was delicius. Fatima Zahra in the kid’s club has taken great care of our kids. The kids have loved spending time with her, and she has had an entertaining schedule for them every day.
We booked a last-minute package holiday to this hotel for a very reasonable price of £950 per person with easyJet. This turned into even better value when we experience the actual holiday itself and included a special event on Christmas Eve. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and this continued throughout the stay. The hotel was spotless; the staff were constantly mopping the pool area and clearing away used glasses. There was a great selection of sunbeds available, and you didn’t need to be down too early to get a good spot either. However, if you manage to get one of the sofas then you get a great view of the sunset at the end of the day. The food selection was fine but could’ve been slightly better. For breakfast, the only thing I really liked was the omelette which was more than enough for the day, but don’t expect bacon, sausage etc. lunch was probably my favourite as they had a nice slow cooked beef each day, and the chicken shawarma on certain days was delicious. For evening meals, there was a wide selection of meat and fish available, but there could’ve been slightly more accompaniments. It would be to get in well before the end of service time as they are pretty hot at clearing up straight away. The all inclusive drinks are local brands, which suited me fine as there was plenty of beer, wine, and gin available. You can buy better known brands but you have to pay extra for these. Overall, a fantastic holiday and a great place to switch off for a week or so. Perfect weather and a lovely hotel with great views looking out to sea. Shoutout to Hassan to coffee man who was so welcoming each morning! Would definitely recommend!

AAbdennor ArabiBien dans l’ensemble bien que le ménage ne se fait pas du tout et le changement des serviettes se fait un jour sur deux.
Le cadre est agréable et le personnel est très à l’écoute et aux petits soins.
ゲゲストThe Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.
Hotel: reception lovely. Rooms: basic and tired, could do with a lick of paint. Blankets provided for third and fourth persons but no addition bed pillows. Cleaners kept taking towels away but not replacing them, so had to ask each day at reception. Also had to fetch toilet roll from the cleaning trolley as not replenished. Reception staff: Females very dour and struggled to understand us but also didn't put much effort in, Males much more approachable, smiled more and more helpful. Restraunt: Breakfast and dinner very basic so never used. Facilities: 1 ladies and 1 gents toilet near the pool but not the cleanest. Few sunbeds but was never an issue. Vending machines only had water. No bar to even get coffee or soft drinks. Pool nice but hotel had several events on and so used the pool area for brunch, lunch or coffees for delegates making it awkward to go to pool. Location: Not very touristy, cafes within walking distance as was Liquor Store if required. Beach 30 minute walk, high pavements so not easy for someone with mobility issues. People: Most where friendly, helpful, waiters polite and attentive when in cafes. Highlight: Joy's cafe, lovely little afternoon tea and a nice evening meal, the service here was helpful and staff attentive.
