オテル ジェルバ カスティーユ(Djerba Castille)

Alles war toll! Super nette Mitarbeitern insbesondere an der Rezeption. Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht und hat eine sehr angenehme Ambiente 🥰 Ich freue mich das nächstes Mal nochmal dahin zu gehen!

Very nice and polite service. The entire staff tries to avoid staying at the hotel. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea. Unfortunately the hotel needs renovation! Before the day of departure, a huge worm appeared. The all-inclusive food is monotonous. The beach next to the hotel is very littered, at the entrance to the sea there is plenty of garbage in the water. The neighboring hotels "Sindbad" and "PalmAzur" cleaned everything and it is very clean there. Unfortunately, this was not taken care of at the "Castille" hotel. There is no grass on the hotel grounds.

This is my second time here at the Castille, I am currently in week 1 of my 2 week stay and I am seriously thinking about extending my stay for another 2 weeks. The staff here are amazing, especially Aymen and the team in the bar and the animation team Mario Elianna ,and Rico, they are always there with a warm smile, they take the time to get to know the guests and include them in the activities, they make the hotel what it is . Being a solo traveller it can get a little lonely but never once have I felt this at the Castille. Coming back here feels like coming back to family, it is one of my favourite places to be. In the restaurant there is always a selection of fresh food, in the morning you can have a freshly prepared omelette, pancakes, a selection of pastries, fruit and yoghurt, lunch and dinner is a variety of fish, meat and vegetable dishes as well as some local dishes and pizza, something for everyone. And then there are the deserts! So good. There is a good sized outdoor pool and for the occasional rainy day a warm indoor pool with jacuzzi. The hotel is situated on a beautiful private beach and a short drive from Midoun, the crocodile park, blue lagoon and lots of other great things to do and see, you can’t go wrong with a stay here. What more can I Say. The Best holiday for me. Hotel is clean , food taste good , swimming pool is big and clean. But the Best for me - Animators. Big thanks to all of them. They make me laught every Day. Very good and VERY hard work. Wish You all , good life and everythink, what You all should have. Many thanks to B,B,B,K,L,R and Eliana :))))

Friendly stuff full of professionalism with great attention to details… Smiles all year around from elianna (kids animator) & her friends… Wonderful experience… Highly recommended to spend time… 😀😄😀

One of the better hotels in Djerba with a pretty big pool, kind staff and satisfactory rooms. Pros: - Great Animation team with interesting outside or inside activities for children and adults. There is no chance you'd be bored in this hotel. Animation team is always present and actively take care of you - especially Leo is very friendly and kind person who loves his job. Thank you again for a wonderful week. - Rooms are being cleaned every day - clean towels, fresh scent after cleaning and sometimes surprise made from towels. - Equipment of the hotel is fine. You can play minigolf, ping-pong, pétanque, darts and more. - Free sunbeds by the pool and beach with beach/pool towels (deposit 10 DT / towel) - Food was tasty but could be a little more salty. Everyday at least one fish is being served as well as Tunisian specialities. Plenty of vegetables and sweet deserts. Besides À la carte there is always at least three fresh made meals. Cons: - Many things for extra charge - hotel safe, TV remote control, mini fridge in the room. - No fruit for the breakfast and for the lunch/dinner only Orange, Apple and Strawberies all the time. Maybe it's different within June-September but during our stay on May, it was that way. - Beach is not clean and sand is full of sea****s. Maybe during summer it is being cleaned regularly but during our stay we were not in the sea at all because of this.
