The hotel is very suitable for couples, clean and quiet. The only drawbacks are 2: 1. The rooms are old. 2. The hotel charges a fee for using the sauna.

Friendly and attentive staff, stunning location and views, excellent facilities. Good quality food but also close to local restaurants...highly recommend Piato and Gioma. Enjoyed the yoga classes but small gym with limited range of equipment. App for poolside bar service worked well and efficient response time for orders placed. Loved the seperate alcoves with sun lounges that were embedded in the beachside cliffs.

An incredible resort. Truly incredible. The team were very friendly, organised and everything was very high end. I stayed there for 6 nights and also ordered the “Pray Wellness” package alongside this and was treated to a brilliant spa experience, private garden tour, private cooking class with their Executive Chef. A must stay and will be back again. Thanks to the incredible staff for making us feel so welcome.

Every spot in the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. The service was the best that I have ever got and the food was great. We took a massage by the masseuse Fotinai and Maristella. The atmosphere at the spa was pleasant and the treatment was better than expected. We definitely will come back here.

Stunning, stylist hotel in gorgeous setting. Lovely rooms, amazing pool area, great breakfast and dinner. The staff were very professional, although not particularly friendly - I never felt I got to know any of them. The manager at the In Blu restaurant was particularly attentive, and provided very good service. We also loved the beach area and the water sports were great - lovely guy who ran them. The town of Aghios Nikolaos is lovely - Perfect selection of restaurants while retaining an authentic charm. In our opinion it’s not a safe / enjoyable walk from the hotel, but taxis are very readily available - €7 each way. Would definitely stay again, and recommend.

Just arrived at Waterfall Suite, highest room category. Description says private. Each private suite has 3-4 rooms above that overlook your “private pool”. There is no privacy. The rooms are sold as private and intimate. Unless you want to be intimate with the guests in the four rooms above you have no privacy. The private pool has a black mould like substance on the Pool walls at water level that is leaching out of the concrete. The Manager assured us there is no risk to our health?

Beautiful hotel inspired by the Minoan history of Crete. Very comfortable beds, great shower. Relaxing atmosphere. Lovely little beach and pool. Plenty of spots to sunbathe around the hotel terraces. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel & staff!! Stayed 2-9th July in one of the few beach bungalows - air con was perfect, bed was huge & very comfortable. Nespresso coffee in room. Panoramic views across the bay. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived.. so calm, welcoming & relaxed. Dressed impeccably in white clothing, nothing is too much trouble. The buffet food is amazing at restaurant quality. The private beach is small & quaint with complimentary super comfortable sun beds & shades. Large infinity pool is very impressive but only used the beach. Snorkling is great too, lots of shoals of fish to see. Small beach bar with great staff, every sun bed has a qr code & number so if feeling super relaxed.. all drinks & food etc are delivered to your bed .. ordered via the app. Wonderful! Our first time away without kids.. adults only is so peaceful! Walked into the town once .. taxi back, ok for drinks & a little shopping but not fantastic. The hotel has everything you need. Did not try the second a la carte restaurant but looked lovely also. Overlooking the bay. Taxi transfer is about 50 mins from Heraklion airport.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at. We absolutely loved Minos, the hotel is modern and the views all around are amazing. The staff are all incredibly friendly and the service was great. We loved the fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt with the Cretan honey for breakfast.
