We’ve enjoyed our stay here a lot! The room was very clean, amenities were great and staff was very nice. Location wise it’s not in the central street; but about 7minutes away walking. Would definitely come back! 😊

Positive points: - childfree - in walking distance of the main street (which includes a grocery store, pharmacy, clothes and accessory shops a number of restaurants and cafes and a maccas and pizza shops) - in walking distance to the beach. - Courtesy buses for tours and restaurants will pick you up from this hotel. - Our room had a spa bath. - Beds are comfy. - Ocean view. Negative points: - The plates, cups and cutlery in the kitchen weren't clean. - As a female, not a great deal of security. Some of the fly screens look like they had been slashed because they had been badly ripped apart and the entry door has the old key and lock system. So, if I was travelling alone, I wouldn't have felt safe with very minimal security on the room. - The bathroom floor is quite cheap and rough on the feet.

Fantastic big bed, comfortable as ever, black out curtains, or beautiful harbour/ pool views, friendly helpful staff, will definitely be back

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, the spa on the balcony was just great and the room was spacious the bathroom as well it was just terrific and clean. The staff were just grouse with advice on restaurants and places to visit. We will be staying there again.

All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help if you needed anything. The position of the hotel is close enough to walk to the main shopping centre and all the tourism facilities. Also a great view from all of the rooms.

Had the best weekend I just like to say thank you all the staff making us feel so welcome the room was amazing had everything we need in the room beds was that comfortable view was amazing room our room clean and tidy couldn’t ask for anything more will be back again once again thank you

Tina was so kind and Brenda helpful. Our arrival was late, and Brenda made sure we were taken care of. Tina ensured we had adequate stock of supply and could not have been friendlier! We will come back again

Brenda and Tina were friendly and super helpful. Close proximity to port of Airlie and all the local shops, food, activities. Wonderful, easy experience. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Overpriced $150 to $180 a night, maximum, furnishings are old and tired. Only good was spacious.
