A MUST EXPERIENCE!!!!! We have recently visited this resort and must tell you that if you visit pushkar and do not visit this property, you are missing a lot my friend. The hospitality is beyond words!! We initially came to have dinner in their restaurant and got to know about the hotel. And hence we decided to extend our stay. Mr. Ranveer from the restaurant is a very genuine person. The way he handles everything is highly appreciated. Mr. Yuvraj from the front office is very humble. The check in was very smooth. Ms. Pooja and Mr. Salim from housekeeping is very generous. They have always greeted us with a warm smile. They also have a magic show in the evening . The show was very entertaining. Overall the stay was very good. The resort is full of lush green. We will come back soon Room16- Vrinda <3

La habitación está bastante bien en general y más limpia que en otros hoteles de India, aunque los muebles estaban llenos de polvo y había humedad en la pared. Pero hay muchos detalles que tienen que mejorar: El primer día había en la habitación una botella de agua (aunque caliente), pero el segundo día no la dejaron; así que, la pedimos y nos dijeron que la pidiéramos al restaurante. Tuvimos que explicarles (como pudimos, porque los chicos que mandan a la habitación no hablan inglés, solo hindi) que el agua no era para beber, era para lavarnos los dientes porque no podemos hacerlo con el agua del grifo. En todos los hoteles de India menos en este nos han puesto agua en la habitación para lavarnos los dientes y para beber. El primer día solo había un botecito pequeño de gel de ducha en la habitación y es una habitación para dos personas; así que, tuvimos que pedir otro. Al día siguiente, al salir de la habitación, dijimos en recepción que cuando la limpiaran dejaran dos botes de gel y toallas de manos, porque solo había de ducha, pero cuando llegamos solo había un bote y no había toallas de manos. Tuvimos que volver a pedir las toallas y otro bote de gel y explicarles que cada persona necesita un bote porque son pequeños. También tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico porque había muy poco en la habitación. El primer día no había agua caliente en la ducha; así que, mi novio se duchó con agua fría. Antes de ducharme yo, llamé a recepción para decir que no había agua caliente, nos la dieron y yo me pude duchar con agua caliente. Al día siguiente otra vez no había agua caliente; así que, antes de ducharnos, llamamos a recepción para pedirla, vinieron a intentar darla, pero nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo y no salía caliente; así que, nos cansamos de esperar y nos duchamos los dos con agua fría. Al bajar a la recepción para hacer el check out lo comentamos y nos dijeron que teníamos que haber avisado otra vez, ¿cuántas veces tenemos que pedir agua caliente para que nos la den? Hay nevera pero no funciona. La habitación ya estaba pagada por la aplicación en la que la reservamos, pero al hacer el check out nos hicieron esperar para ver si había algún cargo más y nos intentaron cobrar cargos del restaurante que no eran nuestros, ya que no habíamos pedido nada. Trajeron primero un tique, luego otros dos... No saben ni de quién son los tiques del restaurante. ¡Es increíble! Les dijimos que no podíamos perder más tiempo porque nos salía el tren y nos fuimos.

Resort is very well equipped, manned & maintained, lots of activities and delicious food energized us, and moreover the rainy weather mesmerizing. We will for sure visit again soon....

A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the hospitality of the wonderful staff. We were here for almost a week. We were greeted with big smiles and a welcoming warmth, the moment we reached right from the guard at the gate to the valet. Specially Mr prem and Nitin who received us. The reception staff was warm and took us straight away to our room. Since we had our pet with us, they had upgraded us to a more premium room with an attached garden that was ideal for our little boy. He loved playing in the garden and exploring new areas. Ms Foziya and Mr Ritesh Jangid were lovely in welcoming us. Had lovely conversations with Mr Ritesh. The food was amazing, all the chefs were warm and went out of their way to make us try the local cuisine. Chefs Hitesh, Narpat Singh and Narayan Singh were lovely. The food was lip smacking specially the Sambar, methi chicken, dal tadka and gulukand mithai. The house keeping staff Mr Mahendra Singh, Bhupendra Singh, Rahul Singh and others kept our stay comfortable and were always there for any need. The spa was a treat, we were there almost everyday, Vino and Alam ***** with Hoto were very warm. The treatments very exceptional. The waiting staff at the bar and the courtyard were very warm and attentive, always smiling and eagerly waiting to meet any demand or need. Evenings were made special thanks to Hargovind and Kishan, a special mention to the lovely cocktails Kishan made for us. They were new and quite tasty. All the staff at Aravalli especially Divya Sapna and ranveer were very attentive and warm. The checkout was seamless, Sagar, Ankit and Sandhana assisted efficiently and made the whole process effortless. A special thanks to Mr Rajesh who kept us informed about trips to Ajmer and Pushkar, gave us local knowledge and was very helpful overall. We had a lovely stay and looking forward to visiting this lovely property again.
I’m at a loss of words really over the way we have been treated at this property. Starting with our welcome by Anandita who sweetly upgraded our rooms and even got me an SOS medicine for my 2 year old son. Couldn’t thank her enough. She was always just a call away and has a contagious smile. I’m sure one will never miss noticing her lovely smile. Then comes our in house lounge champion Nishant who has tremendous knowledge of what he does and I’m sure he will achieve great things in life. His preparation of mock tails is just amazing and one cannot miss it if you’re there having a good time. He was totally hands on with my son. Thank you so much. He is someone we will never forget and always cherish knowing. My son found a big sister in Vandana who has helped me feed him, chase him, babysit him while I eat and make sure all my son’s fussy food needs are met with. A huge thank you for making this trip so much more relaxing and worthwhile. And then there were Mr. Piyush who loved to hear my son speak jumbled words and Mr. Tabrez who would instantly arrange for anything and everything my son wished for. They were literally genie for him. Lol. I personally want to thank Biman, Mr. Mohit Sharma and two more of their colleagues who have taken us on endless buggy joy rides as requested. From the FnB team, I personally want to thank everyone especially their head - Mr. Ravindra, their executive chef, Mr. Anshu, Mr. Khan and Sachin, Shoaib and Priyanka for taking care of our food on priority basis and catering some really delicious meals for us. This property has tons of amazing activities lined up for little ones which include camel cart ride, horse ride, outdoor play park, indoor play area, geese feeding, cupcake making and so much more. If you have a little one and need some much needed time out, this is the place to be. Since it was also our anniversary, the staff managed to celebrate it with us and make it extra special by decorating our lovely room and also arrange a candle lit dinner. It was the perfect evening I had in a long long time. Thank you so much everyone for making our stay so memorable and everyday spent in this property is going to be etched in my heart forever. I wish everyone a wonderful journey ahead in their lives and I’m grateful for every little thing you all have done for us in any way 🙏🏻 I cannot wait to plan my next getaway back here again.
ゲゲストA pleasant welcome by the owner. The rooms are very traditional, and clean. The bathroom has a western style toilet and the shower was adequate. The best thing about the hotel is the roof terrace and restaurant. Such a lovely place to sit and gaze out across the town. The food, including breakfast, was delicious, the service excellent. The hotel is located right in the heart of Pushkar, only a few minutes walk from the ghats.

The dorm itself is clean, with comfy beds and secure lockers. What makes it exceptional is the welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff. The communal spaces foster connections among travelers. The organized activities, coupled with the vibrant communal kitchen, elevate the experience. ゲゲストI was visiting Pushkar and opted to stay at a Zostel because I had been following Zostel's advertisements on Social Media platforms and thought to give it a try. The way they keep advertising a fun stay, is absolute nonsense in real life. I will first try to explain how ZOSTEL PUSHKAR's building is designed. There is a lobby on the ground floor, and the building has maybe 3 floors on top of that. The lobby area is like a well if overlooked from other floors, meaning, you can see the lobby from any floor. The lobby is at the center and rest of the floors are on top of that but surrounding it. Sort of like a typical Indian hostel. Maybe you will get a better idea of what I am saying if you look at the pictures they have on their website. I reached Zostel in the morning and I had booked a Deluxe room, and it turned out that the room had NO ventilation. Absolutely zero ventilation. There was one window which was facing the INTERIORS of the zostel, so facing the corridors, which is absolutely useless because you cannot open that window or else everyone walking by can look inside your room. This was just the beginning of my horrible stay. The other guests were enjoying over loud, hammering music all day. I did not object it as I thought that they will at least stop in the evening. I couldn't be more wrong. The guests never stopped their music which they were playing in the COMMON AREAS of the property, and they were never asked not to either. This nuisance lasted till 12:30 AM. I could not sleep because of such noise. Also, around 11 PM, The ZOSTEL STAFF started bursting crackers because it was Diwali. That lasted for so long that I had to go down and ask them to stop ASAP. At 1 AM, THE ZOSTEL STAFF tuned on to a TV SERIAL, on the Television that is located in the center of the lobby, at FULL volume. I could not take it anymore, and I barged out of my room, loud enough that they would here me. They turned down the volume just after looking at how furious I was, but never turned the TV off. After this disturbing stay, I booked a room at a resort for the next day and left. I do not suggest staying at Zostel Pushkar.
