wonderful place! Great day hikes!

I don't normally write reviews, but wanted to recommend this place. It is incredibly beautiful and full of nature, the staff are lovely and the tagines are the best, and can be enjoyed outdoors in the lush garden. We hiked twice and I'd defo say hire a guide, which can be done via the ecolodge, as they can show you so much more. Ours, called Ibrahim, was brilliant.

Our stay at this ecolodge was everything we could wish for. The location was beautiful, and compared to other ecolodges in the surroundings, very authentic. The staff was really kind and could teach us a lot about the Berber villages nearby, best places to hike and served delicious food. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful, peaceful, quiet, delicious food. And Hassan and Mohamed making you want to stay there for way longer than planned. The area is stunning, and the drive from Agadir alone is worth the trip. Great stay, can't wait to go back (insha'Allah!)

This is a fabulous place to stay either overnight or longer. We were a party of 6 and stayed 3 nights. The Ecolodge is a very peaceful place. The garden are well kept, super pool with plenty of loungers. We had breakfast and dinners outside in the sunshine which was a joy. The food was excellent and plenty of it, all prepared in a spotless kitchen. We were there for walking, either from the lodge or further over in the Toubkal mountains. Mohamed the lodge manager was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, from arranging guides and taxis, even providing a mule and handler, in case my ankle gave out on our walk. He has a great sense of humour and went the extra mile to make our stay as perfect as it could be. We had a warm welcome from him and he arranged really lovely guides. The Eco lodge is very lucky to have him. Top man😄

Beautiful lodge with great views, friendly staff and tasty food. Amazing value for money and would love to return. Very peaceful surroundings although we were a little unlucky with an inconsiderate family. Still found some space to relax.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ecolodge. It's a rustic, idyllic setting in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is alive with the sounds of birds, toads, and critters, which was a welcome reprieve from the din of Marrakech. The food was tasty and filling, and the service was excellent. Breakfast, which is included in the price, consisted of a medley of items served in the garden (the honey with crepes was delicious), with mint tea and coffee available for all. Our 5-hour walking tour of the Berber villages was exactly what we were looking for to see some of the countryside and learn about the people who live here.

This is a magical place in the mountains with a lovely relaxing a**osphere. It is simple and basic but clean and welcoming with everything you need. There a lots of seating areas and the garden is a joy. The staff are very friendly and willing and the food is good. There is lovely walking all around, with a wide variety of terrain. I recommend taking a guide to get the most out of it. We appreciated the kettle and coffee in the room, but take tea if you want it. (though fresh mint tea is available all the time at no charge) We really recommend Ouirgane for a rustic, rural and relaxing stay and would definitely go back.

This is a clean and quiet lodge in a beautiful mountain setting, with good food and friendly staff. Mohammed organized a transfer from Marrakesh and a guided day trek. It is definitely a refreshing break after the busy city of Marrakesh and we highly recommend it.
