The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach

この施設での素晴らしい滞在。素敵なカバナ/プールエリアがあり、大きなビーチに直接アクセスできる、非常にプライベートなヴィラです。サービスレベルは全体的に優れていました。ヴィラ内のダイニングメニューは豪華すぎず、手頃な価格であるという事実が気に入りました。ヴィラ全体の敷地面積が非常に大きいことを考えると、ヴィラの「屋内」レイアウトは少し窮屈に感じるという他のコメントにも同意しますが、屋外にはプライベートプールとさまざまなラウンジエリアがあり、それほど多くはありません屋内に留まることがポイントです（天候の指示がない限り）。必ず戻ってきます。

This is my first time to visit ritz carlton al hamra and i would say the place is so relaxing. The staff are accommodating. Arun is in the bar that time and he is very knowledgeable and he knows how to set the vibe with us. Its a day pass only but i really enjoy my stay in ritz carlyon al hamra. Hope to see you guys again. Keep up the good works!

It was the first of its kind! We ferried to the hotel and the view was just breath-taking! Mr. Joel welcomed us with a warm smile and introduced us to the staff. He ensured we get acquainted with the services and amenities. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every moment felt like surreal. Thanks to Aashish, Arun, Aby and Deepu. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Truly a five-star experience in every aspect!" We'll be back very soon!

This is my second stay in less than 3 months. I must say that the hotel is lovely with a great a**osphere that makes you feel like you have traveled outside of the UAE. The beach is one of the best in the country with very clear water. The service is excellent, and I would like to give special thanks to Mahmoud and Mr. Shivraj, the Front Office Manager, for taking care of me and my family and ensuring that our stay was memorable. I will definitely be returning soon.

Been here for a weekend . From check- in you to the check-out everything was great. Had a lunch while waiting for the room, food was good and nice view. Large room with private and intimate pool. U can walk to the beach. Dinner and breakfast both very good , especially the breakfast where u can order many dishes a la carte . Best hotel I stayed in Rak. When u want to spoil yourself is the perfect place to go.

5 star boutique resort, we have visited both the desert and beach RAS Ritz Carlton resorts a few years ago, but most recently we had a wonderful 2 night staycation at the beach resort again as a couple, its small but luxurious, we had a couple of minor issues but they were fixed immediately, the foliage has grown perfectly and the privacy is amazing, I think any of the villas offer great privacy but the ones on the end are seafront but no one can walk in front because of raised rocks, but the rest are all still private and there’s a large beach area in front of all the villas so plenty of space for people to walk without anyone effecting privacy, the landscaping is also excellent and adds to the setting tremendously. The staff were wonderful The attention was spot on We loved the breakfasts and our dinner on the beach one evening was amazing We will be back soon with the kids, loved it!

Just perfect resort, so quiet, with great service and attention to the guest. Brilliant team works here. Very thankful to all of them. I was not satisfied with the next issues only: 1. Once I ordered mashed potato from in room dining and it was so bad so I had to ask to change it to rice. Also I didn’t feel that salmon was so fresh, it was not spoiled but wasn’t great enough. When the price is overpriced you expect to get something perfect. 2. There are no Aspray brand soap, shower gel and shampoo as usually in Ritz brand 3. They couldn’t provide a late check out but they made a surprise for me what was so kind from their team. Hospitality is so so high. Bravo! I would like to say huge thanks to all the team, really everyone was so great. Most thanks to Mr Gopal, to Mr (don’t remember the name of the waiter, he is from Kerala, India) from in room dining who was so kind, to all the team of the Shore House restaurant.
