This is the second time I have been to this hotel and it has been an absolute pleasure both times, I cannot recommend it enough. I am here on work so I do need the rest time after a hectic shift, the bed was perfect, the pillows let me wake up feeling refreshed. The staff have been fantastic, always smiling, always polite and very helpful. It is almost as though it is a family run hotel. I have had to extend my stay several times due to work extensions and it has never been an issue, it was taken care of immediately which sent my mind completely at ease. I'll be back again before the end of the year and I will definitely be checking in to the Coral Hotel Jubail for a third time. Absolutely 10/10. I booked in the junior suite and the view was breathtaking. Karan hotel has surpassed all expectations! It’s clean, and the front desk catered to all my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is quite efficient as it’s nearby to great restaurants and other recreational activities.

There are many reasons to highly recommend this hotel, but all of them involve the staff. Every single person I encountered has been outstanding I would like to single out two for very very high praise. One is Sabah at the front desk. She is beyond helpful - working with me when I had to go home for 2 weeks to ensure my goods would be kept safe - this including my laundry, so when I arrived back, my clean laundry from the day I checked out was waiting for me. This is not normal, but she made it happen. The other is Roushan from the aforementioned laundry. He is a tailor by trade, and he took the initiative to repair a damaged button hole on one of my shirts. I did not have to ask - he just did it. And it looks great. The wonderful thing about this hotel is the above behaviour is normal, not the exception. Highly recommended

الأستقبال و الترحيب كان جداً مميز . الخدمه جميله و المكان جداً نظيف فيه مجمع مطاعم و كافيهات راقيه قريب جداً منه . السعر مقابل المكان يعتبر مميز
