Nice, relaxing experience. Well designed. We had the best choice as we were looking for a place to chill. Location is perfect. You can go to the main street easily, but far enough not to be that crowded. For first week of October pool was usable but I wish the pool water was warm.

The poolside of the property is absolutely picturesque, it’s truly beautiful and very calming. The rooms itself were nothing special, the shower was a safety hazard, the glass shower screen was hanging on by a thread and the shower would overflow every time and the tiles were quite slippery when wet. The location of the hotel was great walking distance to the main ***** but set back enough that you are away from all the noise. The staff were great, very attentive and friendly, breakfast was really nice too. Overall the hotel was nice but I don’t think it was value for money, very expensive for what it was, there are plenty of other places that are just as nice for half the price. I probably wouldn’t stay there again and felt that the hotel was heavy overpriced.

The hotel was beautiful, quaint & charming in the middle of the hustle & bustle of the town. We stayed in the bungalows right outside the hotel. I would have much preferred to stay in the hotel section as it felt a secluded in the bungalows. Also the pool and eating area were separate for families. I wish I would have known that before booking. I do highly recommend this hotel for non families.

There are clubs nearby and at night you can hear pretty loud music in the rooms. We could not sleep! The staff do not speak English. They told us that every night you can hear the club music and didn’t even apologize for the huge inconvenience. Unacceptable for such an expensive hotel (we paid 311€ per night) Other than that the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The swimming pool area is beautiful and the location is very good in the heart of Alacati.

Nice maintained clean room. Very good location of the hotel, close to the center of Alacati. Excellent breakfast, delicious food. Pleasant environment for a family with children. Swimming pools suitable for children and adults for swimming.

Nach unserer ankunft im hotel haben wir erfahren, dass das Hotel aus zwei Teilen besteht. Und der schöne Hotelbereich von den Gästen im Homes nicht genutzt werden kann, da Kinder dort unerwünscht sind. Die Eingänge der Apar**ents befinden sich an der Straße und sind somit nicht im Hotelbereich quasi unbewacht. Somit gehen hier alkoholisierte Hotelgäste und Fremde direkt vorbei klopfen und hauen aggresiv nachts laut an die Zimmertüren und schreien herum. Zugänglich für jeden ins hotel quasi. Als wir die Tür nach langer geduld öffneten wurden wir von einem fremden Mann konfrontiert (ist ins zimmer eingetreten und standen einem Streit bevor. Die Wände sind hellhörig somit hört man während dem Schlaf die Türen knallen. Direkt in der ersten Nacht sind wir mehrmals erschrocken aufgewacht. Vorallem als jemand versucht hat mehrmals unsere Zimmertür zu öffnen. Für unser 1jähriges Kind ein Alptraum! Aufgrund der Vorfälle und die Wertschätzung zu unserem Kind beschlossen wir das Hotel zu verlassen. Die Beschwerde mit Zeugenangabe (Mitarbeiter) hat nicht ausgereicht um die letzte Nacht zu stornieren. Der Inhaber ignoriert völlig die Kundenzufriedenheit und geht nur auf seine eigenen Bedürfnisse ein. Als Lösungsvorschlag nach einer traumatisierten Nacht sollte irgendein „Mann“ (Keine Sicherheitskraft) zur Bewachung vor dem Haus stehen. Enttäuschend was man für fast 300€/Nacht bekommt. Spart euch euer Geld, und macht eine grossen bogen um dieses hotel! Noch nie sowas erlebt.

Absolut keine Empfehlung. Sie ignorieren beschwerden. Sie sind unfreundlich. Zimmerreinigung wird vernachlässigt, fremde Leute klopfen an den Türen, keine Sicherheit. Ich empfehle es nicht weiter voralles für diesen Preis.

Daha önce 2 kere konaklamis oldugum ve cok memnun ayrildigim Manastir otelden misafirlerimizle birlikte konaklamak icin gonul rahatligiyla yer yaptirmistim. Maalesef buyuk hayal kirikligi ve mahcubiyet ile 2 gunluk konaklamamiz ardindan otelden ayrildik. Manastir Homes diye ayrilmis olan bolumde konakladik. Odaya girdigimiz anda karsilastigimiz havasiz ve rutubetli ortam zaten bizi en başta rahatsiz e**isti. Sonrasinda banyoda karsilastigim manzara maalesef çok üzücüydü. Ozellikle lavabo kisminda sac ve yoğun toz vardi. Havlular pisti. Sonrasinda resepsiyonu arayip durumu bildirdim. Odayi temizediler, sonrasinda ogrendim ki misafirlerimizin de odasi pis ve tozluymus. Tekrardan resepsiyona gidip durumu bildirdim, ileteceklerini soylediler. Sonrasinda temizlenmesine rağmen maalesef odalarimiz hala tam olarak temiz sayilmazdi. Otelden cikis yaparken memnun kalmadigimizi acikca belirttik, tekrardan yalnizca "iletecegiz" dediler. Bu zamana kadar Alacati'da sayısız butik otelde konakladik, hic birinde bu gibi bir durumla karsilasmadik.. Umariz yetkili kişiye odalardaki sikintili durumu gercekten iletirler ve bizim disimizda daha fazla müşteri kaybe**ezler cunku Alacati deyince akla gelen "iyi"otellerden birisi olarak biz Manastır Otel'e bu yasadiklarimizi yakistiramadik.
