perfect 🥰, thank for nice time in Alanya!

Приехали на пару часов раньше, но заселились сразу после приветственного кофе. Номер 702 на верхнем этаже с видом на крепость Алании и с балкона, и из кровати. . Чистота безупречная, постель удобная, Мини-кухня, посуда, хорошая мебель, в т.ч. на балконе. Не было халатов, но лень было спрашивать. До моря 300м, до M Migros 150м. Общепита кругом достаточно.

The staff were really nice and helpful ,you get good space for the price , and it is very well located . The only reason I might not stay again would be parking they do have some spaces and I got one but it seemed very tight for the whole stay and not much availability on the roads around ( that was during off season ) But without a Car I would certainly stay again .

Very nice and quiet hotel. Special thanks to cleaners, rooms always cleaned to the spotless condition. The only issue was with my VIP status which was not recognised here otherwise book with confidence. Recommended.

The hotel apar**ent is state of the art. The view to the sea is covered by large water tanks but nice views to the adjacent mountain and cable car. The restaurant area in the hall was too cold. The exit door stood open because the staff stood outside and smoked. Lack of consideration for the guests. The hotel apar**ent is state of the art. Located in a lively neighbourhood this hotel is suitable for anyone looking for a decent place to stay at without any special amenities. Very friendly staff and location are the positives . Quality and variety of food leave much to be desired. Basic room with comfortable bed and clean toilet . Nothing spectacular to write about although i believe the outlook and quality of services have deteriorated since i last stsyed there in 2020 maybe fallouts of the Covid Pandemic.

I have nothing tocomplain about: that was an unforgettable stay ;) surely we will be back to Alanya and stay at the same place. Workers,food, cleanleness 100%. Budget friendly also, good service for a really good price

It is very easy to get confused with the hotels in Alanya near Cleopatra beach because 90% of the hotels have the word 'Cleopatra' in them. Overall a decent experience with this hotel. Amazing location, a 5-minute walk from everything, and the hotel is hidden down the main road away from the noise. You cannot beat the location, it is literally near everything. The room itself was spacious and clean. Good wifi connection and a good large balcony. The elevator is extremely tiny, one person can barely even fit in it! Let alone bringing with you bags. The service was alright - however, they did not provide refreshments or tea/coffee in the room (only one bottle of water on the first day). When we asked for tea at reception they told us you can get it during breakfast if you pay. The shower temperature was controlled - it did not heat very well on the first day - however after a complaint it was fixed. Overall the main positive for this hotel is where it is situated - right in the heart of Alanya with a short distance to the beach/castle/gondola.
