非常乾淨衞生。

チェックインはうまくいきました。ただし、ホテルは現在建設中です。部屋のドアの外にも、文字通りどこにでも道具や設備が放置されていました。これは決して安全ではなく、ゲストがいるときに物を置いておく方法でもありませんでした。

この物件は全面改装中ですが、ウェブサイトで以前に指摘しておきたかった唯一の点です。宿泊施設内には完成済みの客室があっても、廊下の外には完成していないエリアがあります。全体的に、より広いスペースが好きなら、スイートは素晴らしかったです。全室に鍋やフライパン、食洗機を備えた簡易キッチンが付いていると思います。唯一理解できなかったのは、なぜソネスタが部分改修ではなく全体改修をしないのかということです。電化製品は古く、リビングルームのソファなども古かったです。最終日とチェックアウトの日にお湯が出なくなりました。フロントデスクは、私がタンクから遠く離れていると説明しました。 シャワーの石鹸はストックされていませんでしたが、固形石鹸がありました。ジムはランドリールームのすぐ隣に24時間ありました。通りの向かいにある小さな複合施設内に 4 ～ 5 軒のレストランがあり、徒歩圏内にあります。すべて早めにチェックタイムを終了します。煙や騒音の問題はありませんでした。 素晴らしい受付嬢アンジェラは天使でした！彼女は70歳近く若く、悲しいことに亡くなった私のビッグママにそっくりです。彼女は本当に恋人です。挨拶して、マウンテンデューかピザを持ってきてください❤️ 全体として、また泊まりたいと思います。完全に改装されるまで待ちきれません。

室内設備の説明書はありません。ベッドは古くてギシギシしていました。部屋や建物のドアがしっかり閉まらないことがありました。外灯が壊れてしまいました。しかし、全体的にはスイートはとても素敵で広々としていました。

スタッフは素晴らしく、親切でした。全体的な滞在はまあまあでした。新鮮なタオルやシーツ/毛布がないことにがっかりしました。私の息子は引き出し式ソファで寝ていましたが、シーツが2枚しかなく、寒いと訴えたので、そこにいた毎日（3日間）追加のシーツ/毛布を求めて電話しましたが、何もないと言われました。

建設中ですが。仕事が一晩あり、日中は寝ていることを考えると、快適な滞在でした。フロントスタッフの対応がとても丁寧で気持ちよかったです！

It wasn't until after I booked, I received the message that the property was under construction. The carpets were being ripped up, the walls were scraped up. The workers were banging and yelling until after 830 pm. The hotel looked horrible and I would’ve never chosen to stay there had I known that it looked like an abandoned building on the inside.

The beds are comfortable...has a kitchenette with kitchenware...Hotel is clean...washers and dryers are free...Employees are friendly and helpful....currently the Hotel is doing renovations, but still a good stay

The lady at the front desk is highly inappropriate. I said “hello” as I approached the desk and she didn’t even say hi back she just told me to wait (because she wasn’t clocked in yet) with an attitude. Then, when she was finally ready, she asked me what kind of skin condition I had like it was any of her business.

The facility was going renovation however the smell in aroma of the facility smells like sale and old smoke. In my room the smell of smoke was very strong. I had candles burning in the hotel room to eliminate the odor. However, it did little to help the staff was very polite and nice and kind. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the overall appearance of the hotel however, the staff again very pleasant.

This was my first time staying at this hotel at this particular location. Having the suite amenities such as the microwave and stop top is truly a gem. I had a great check in with Armando. He was so kind to me and my daughter, he was respectful, and friendly. His customer service skills will take him very far in life. It was such a peaceful trip. Renovations started during my first week of stay. I had to change rooms. The room that I moved to was complete but the corridor was not. The place was a mess with construction equipment. There were signs up about the construction but no staff member ever verbally acknowledged it or asked if they help with anything. The staff wasnt very friendly. They weren't nasty-just not friendly. This was four week stay for me and I appreciated that the hotel offered cooking appliances and utensils. They customized housekeeping services and had free laundry facilities.

Very comfortable as I am there for work. Rooms are a nice size and I don’t feel closed in…

The shower did not work! The stove did not work! The heater rattled ALL night!
