An amazing hotel, we had a wonderful week here with our boys aged 10 and 7. Great facilities - so much to keep us all entertained. The staff were lovely and worked SO hard - the entertainment team, restaurant staff and cleaning team did everything to make the hotel experience great and keep the hotel spotless. My son had his birthday when we were here and the management and staff were so kind to him, giving a card, a singsong at dinner and a bottle of bubbly for mum and dad :) The food was incredible!! A huge choice, delicious and always plenty. I really couldn’t fault this hotel - take me back please!

Baby friendly tips! This review is for anyone coming to the hotel with a baby and just my tips in my personal opinion. Firstly the staff are super friendly and always interacting with the babies. Babies make lots of mess and they aren’t annoyed or phased by it at all. Some other tips: - Bring food pouches to be on the safe side. Not a great deal of choice and no ‘children’s section’ so it was hard to tell if things had added salt etc. - Breakfast wise there’s toast, yogart (large pots not individual pots), hard boiled egg, milk, soy milk plus oat, almond and lactose free are available on request. - Not a huge amount of fruit available but there is lovely fresh melon but without the rind so we had brought a food dummy with us and filled this with melon in the morning. - I did see one microwave in the main restaurant tucked around the corner at the back if you need to heat things up. - Ask for a kettle at reception as there isn’t one in the room as standard. - If you’re a formula feeder (we are) then the bottled water provided at reception is safe to use for making the bottles. It even has it on the front (translated in the pic). - There are no children’s plates, they use the normal plates so if your baby likes to grab the plates I would say bring your own one as the plates will smash. Would also bring cutlery from home as there aren’t any plastic ones. - The cots the hotel provided are nice and big. Our baby didn’t mind sleeping in it and did spend the majority of the night in it. Was also great to use as a little playpen that we filled with her toys when we were getting ready. - We had a twin standard room which is 2 single beds however we requested before hand via email to have this made up as a double as she does sleep in our bed towards the end of the night and this was no problem for them. It actually made a HUGE bed so she slept very well in it. - The entertainment at night is loud! We were in room 506 which was perfect. Quite room and did have a partial sea view (in pic). I would recommend staying at high up as possible for a quieter room. - The parasols at the pool don’t block out the sun fully so if you have one bring a pram brolly as they were much better for keeping her in the shade. - The highchairs are the ikea ones so if you have one of the inflatable high chair cushion bring this. We did and this was a massive help. - Lastly the pool is FREEZING. She refused the outdoor pool (went in May) but the indoor pool was a great temperature. - The steps down to the big beach aren’t too bad but defo don’t do it with a pram, bring a baby carrier if you have one. - If you want a nice quiet area to have a drink out of the sun defo utilise the lovely seating in reception. It’s beautiful and has a great view of the pool. You can bring your drinks from the main bar. This was our first trip abroad with our 7 month old baby so I hope this helps a fellow parent feel confident with going abroad.

This was the first holiday me and my partner had been on since his two strokes, and it did not disappoint! From the minute we walked through the door we were blown away by this little piece of paradise. Everything was clean, rooms were comfy, staff were helpful, facilities were great. Entertainment was good and The Crazy Show was hilarious! We also loved how accessible the hotel was as it’s hard to find somewhere so good for this. There were ramps all around the hotel and lifts to the rooms and various floors. The best part was the ramp into the pool, meaning my partner was able to go in the water, which was wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a better holiday and can’t put into words how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed an incredible week here in October half term. The staff on reception were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were fortunate to have a room in the family block which was only 2 storeys high so no issue with waiting for lifts etc as could use stairs. Facilities were amazing. Pool bar, snack bar, sports bar, main bar and the restaurants. My son was in his element in the sports bar watching every football or rugby game showing in the evenings. As others have said the pool outside isn’t heated, so quite chilly. We did have a dip but didn’t stay in too long. Sun beds in the swimming pool were nice. Just a shame bit cold to sunbathe there. The indoor pool is nice (and heated!) but got very busy as people wanted to be warm and it’s only small. Sun beds were plentiful. Could always find one, no reserving at all. Which was great.Several self service drink stations for on tap wine, beer and soft drinks. The Portuguese cider was lovely. As were the cocktails and mocktails. Staff in bars were so friendly, attentive and pleasant. Thank you for introducing my husband to White Port - he loved it! Entertainment staff tried hard to put on things for the adults and parents but not pushy if you don’t want to join in. Enjoyed the water aerobics/ dancing. Good fun. The rooms were light, comfortable and airy. Small fridge in room - although ours didn’t work. No kettle in room but we had read this on reviews and took our own travel mugs and kettle so wasn’t a problem. Beds and sofa bed were comfortable and family room worked well for us and our 11 & 14 year old sons. Apartments clean and new towels provided daily. Free water also provided. Left in room and additional can be requested at reception. The food - main restaurant has a huge range of food available. Always a fresh pizza bar, pasta bar to keep the kids happy. But lots of lovely meats, fish, rice dishes, roast potatoes and vegetables. Lovely choice of desserts too, definitely best all inclusive food we have had. Piping hot plates means food warm too! We preferred opting to eat outside as found indoors too noisy and enjoyed hearing the outside musicians playing whilst eating. The snack bar throughout day provided wraps, sandwiches, toasties, burgers, fruit and cake if you feel peckish in between meals at all. We also ate in the Oriental restaurant- wow sushi heaven! Sushi is our kid’s favourite and their eyes lit up at the beautiful display. The oriental food was lovely, meats, fish dishes, spring rolls etc. Being a smaller restaurant was much quieter and more peaceful- do advise booking early as slots do fill up quickly. The Mediterranean restaurant was our favourite- grilled meats, fish, lovely sauces. Delicious! Whilst away it was my husbands birthday. The receptionist arranged for a chilled bottle of Prosecco to be in our room when we got back from day out. There was also a lovely hand written card. Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel, check in was good, room was good, shame about the pillows! Most of the staff were great, some of the restaurant staff could have tried harder. The food was possibly the best all inclusive we have had. Oriental restaurant was poor in our eyes. The hotel was always very clean. Entertainment was a mixed bag. The shows put on by the entertainment teams were poor, the Abba tribute night was appalling. The fence on the walkway to the child's play area was falling down and dangerous. The biggest problem was the outside pools, far too cold even for our kids, for a family hotel, it should be heated to a certain level. Inside pool was ok but stuck in a dingy basement. Overall, great stay but we wouldn't return due to the pools, such a bit part of a holiday like this and when they cant be used, its a real shame.

First the pro's; very clean, friendly staff, strong WiFi in the room and the air con just about worked. Now the con's; the food at every sitting is barely warm and tasteless. They cook it well enough, but I think the buffet trays they put it in are not heated, neither are the plates. I mentioned it 3 times and all the times I was told it's hot. Trust me it's barely warm. Same menus every day, can't get a coffee at lunchtime only watery juice. Paid for all inclusive but we are eating out every meal. Only one available socket in the room for charging. Finally..... And this really spoilt the holiday for me, it's like holidaying in a kinder garden. About 70% of the guests had very young kids who were screaming every time they didn't get what they wanted, and there was no escape, not even in the bars. Baby buggies and screaming kids everywhere. Finally forget the entertainment unless you like super mario and other infant shows. If your looking for a relaxing holiday and good food give this a very wide berth.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in! Ideal for us a family, hardly had to leave the hotel because there's just so much going on during the day and night. Want to give a massive shout out to the entertainment team especially pablo & barbs, endless amounts of fun around the pool with the adults & kids. Just seen a review below about a water fight, we witnessed this, it was just harmless fun with the kids around the kids pool, there is also a quieter kids pool (with no entertainment) where people with young babies can go. Food was 10/10, best we have had at any all inclusive we have stayed. The snack bar is amazing, great for kids! Pools were a little chilly when you got in first, but once you were in it was absolutely fine, was nice to have a cool down anyway. Overall, we had an amazing holiday, would recommend this hotel to anybody! We will be returning!

Loved our holiday. Would highly recommend. Had our first family holiday here in May. Myself, 3 children and my brother and sister in law. Was worried about food etc… as my youngest is autistic and my other son has adhd with suspected autism they are both fussy and bland eaters. I didn’t need to worry. The rooms had what we needed. They were cleaned daily and had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion. Air con and a mini fridge too. The food was great a really good variety (my fussy picky eaters were well fed ) Some thing different every day and plenty to choose from. Added bonus of the snack bar too which was open till 11.30 every night. Good selection of drinks. Whole hotel was well maintained and so clean. The pools were cold though but again were always checking the levels and they were cleaned every night aswell as round the sunbeds etc… Staff were all really friendly and great with the kids and the entertainment staff were fantastic. I will define be returning here at some point as there wasn’t one aspect I would complain about
