Like the customer service, the place was clean, a little outdated with stain in the walls but overall was ok, the breakfast was ok, however we didn't sleep we could hear the slamming of doors everywhere

Well kept property. Unfortunately the guest in the room left their TV on all night long way too loud. Not the fault of hotel or staff just bad luck

We had a long travel day and we were met by Jordan. He was friendly, made us laugh and made our stay great. Will consider again.

We went to bed and as soon as we pulled back the covers we smelled the strong scent of urine. The mattress pad had a large dried urine stain in the middle. We alerted the front desk who was extremely apologetic but said he could not compensate us as we had booked through *******. The front desk clerk said he would alert the housekeeper to make sure the next guests had a clean mattress pad. Also the bathroom was dirty

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

I was charged for the stay twice and still haven't gotten a refund

The hotel was nice, but we were surprised to find our room smelled like dirty wet dog. They either need to change the bag on the vacuum cleaner or deep clean the carpet.

Staff was great just an older hotel bed wasn't very comfortable.

While the lady who checked us in was fantastic, the doorknob was very loose and didn't always work the first time. Inside the room, there was a corner that was wet. Not sure if it was condensation from the AC or what. Then this morning, the fire alarm went off at 7:10 am...Not a pleasant experience.
