ホテルは時代遅れです。フロントデスクエージェントは、カスタマーサービストレーニングを使用する可能性があります-非常に乾燥していて、近づきがたいです。ホテルは巨大なので、たくさん歩く準備をしてください。 バスルームのファンは大音量で、部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫の上にコーヒーメーカーしかありませんでした。 私はレストランが素晴らしいと言います。無料の朝食は良いです。コーヒー-それほど多くはありません。

Very clean and comfortable

整體環境比較老，牆上掛有很多汽車照片，餐廳門口那個精靈還是什麼有點creepy。交通滿便利的，離福特村很近，可惜這次我沒有很多時間去福特村

入住一週感覺服務很周到。前台大媽很甜，服務態度很好。酒店歷史悠久，有點歷史的感覺。房間比較多，有不太好找房間。

位置很好 離底特律機場很近 就在高速出口邊上 有洗衣房和健身房 最棒的早餐 餐廳環境很好 早餐很豐富。

房間衞生，比較滿意

My experience was great the only issue was the mattress on the let out couch was terrible. Mattress needs to be replace.

The room had a dirty towel in the window seal but other than that room was good...restaurant inside the hotel was not very good service...they had big dumpsters in the back parking lot which made it hard to get in and out of it

I have stayed here before and have had better customer service and better rooms . The room I stayed in looked old and run down needs a lot of updating . The girls at the desk not the friendliest ! Overall , not happy with this stay or service , could have been better !

Great weekend get away trip. Staff was very nice and accommodating to us, as my husband is an amputee. Room was spacious and and comfortable. Handicap parking was convenient. Breakfast had a nice selection. Just wish the pool was open till 11 instead of 10.

I didn’t like to wear bands because I wanted to use the pool. They were very strict about the pool hours. They didn’t put our rooms by each other even though I booked both ooms

They very rude there and they won’t let you swim or be in the swimming area without a blue wristband

Nice & clean bed comfortable Hot tub nice , but pool was a bit sketchy water dark green

1st night we had kids screaming and yelling up and down the halways from 245 am to 4am. Rooms by us smelt like **** , people were either waping or smoking all day long. At one poijt people were screaming in the room next to us. I spoke with front desk they didnt care. On the 2nd night our kids got kicked out of the hot tub area beacsue of a rude maintance man. Who said he got a complaint. That the kids could now no longer be in the hot tub. But on the 1st night we were told it was ok to be in the hot tub just not the sauna. So thats what our kids did. Again the front desk did not care when i tried to talk with them about it. I would not stay there with children again.
