My first night was very hectic irritating and frustrating. The check in process was smooth; however the first room I was given was occupied. I had to go back and forth getting my key card reloaded, not to mention I was carrying all my bags (4) because there was no cart available nor any assistance from staff who clearly seen that I was tired and struggling with them. Once I finally got checked into another room I got ready to lie down for the night and out pops a roach that ran from underneath the blanket. Ugggh! I called the front desk explained what happened I was given another room, but again I had to carry all my bags with no assistance again from staff, who watched me struggle to carry all my luggage to another room down the hall. By the time I got situated, inspected the room and lied down it was 2am. I had to go to work in less than 4 hours. Needless to say, this was one of the worse experience I have received from any hotel that I have stayed in. I was given a breakfast voucher, but the lack of sleep, and being late for work did not compensate much at all. And I didn't even get the chance to use them defeated the purpose. The second night was okay but it was overshadowed by the first night. I probably won't stay here again.
