Nowhere near as bad as any of the reviews . Cheap bar with plenty of food and drink options . Pool table and various other game to play in the bar . Comfy beds plenty of plug sockets iron hairdryer (ask at the counter for these they are free) huge balcony with decent view . 15 minute walk to the ***** food options everywhere corner shops all the way down the road . Only down sides is the Aircon in our room didn’t really work to how we expected got quite hot in the rooms but it was bearable . And the amount of mugging and beatings we seen of the balcony was extreme you will be fine just don’t walk by youreself and you’ll be fine

When we arrived it looked awful from outside I think at one point I said" I'm not staying here! ' we took our bags in reception area was shabby and rece0tionist was very unfriendly they asked us for 200 euro deposit which we paid in cash,the lifts are awful they are very slow and very smelly- we were on 20th floor which was terrible as lifts so slow and no good for anyone with fear of heights . We went to apartment and to be fair it was spacious modern and clean so that was a bonus . The pool area very basic the whole place is deffo a stag hen hotel . If ulock yourself out your room they charge you 25 euros to let you in and if you loose key they take 50 euros out your deposit which is shocking . They have a bar which is over priced my daughter watched them watering vodka down aswell - it was a place to sleep I deffo won't return definitely faulty towers vibes

We are currently wiring to check in. Were her for 4 days. Arrived early 13 of us and told we would be first to check in. Allowed other large groups first. Ok but the staff haven’t a clue what they’re doing. Complained to jet2 and they’ve done absolutely nothing. So 2 hours ltr still waiting. Can’t review rooms because can’t get in.

Before we went I had read mixed reviews about this hotel so I was a little bit wary. It's true that it is at the top of a massive hill, however there is a free shuttle bus so it's really not an issue. Just be aware that they do not run during siesta time so plan your trips out accordingly, alternatively you can flag down a cab for about 5 euros as a one off if need be. The reception and general look is very nice. It's very clean and the staff were lovely. Although I have basic Spanish and try to use it when I can, all staff spoke excellent English, which incidentally I don't believe we should expect, when in Rome and all that.. The rooms were quite spacious and cool, if a little dated, but were perfectly clean and housekeeping kept them that way all week. My only bugbare being our fridge didn't really work and it would have been nice to keep things cold in our room. The balcony overlooking the pool was a delight. I'm going to slip this part in here because I really want to end on a high note , even though the hotel says it doesn't cater to stag and hen parties, there were several staying there and the noise level could become very annoying at times, along with heckling from the balconies. We experienced this on 3 of our 7 nights so I can understand if people would find this irritating. I only had breakfast in the dining room. The majority of which was very nice. Lots of choice of both hot and cold food, fruits, juices and coffee. No complaints here. The grounds and the pool are lovely. There is unfortunately the need to line up if you want your pick of sunbeds. The pool isn't large so can get busy. If someone could help the bar staff there with some new music..there are only so many times you can listen to Lewis cappaldi. The outside bar was our chosen evening destination, entertainment was a little old fashioned but somewhat quaint and enjoyable. The Spanish love to dance! Overall we had a fantastic week, helped by pleasant staff. A special mention to Veronica at the bar, she was our favourite. Would definitely go back.

Just returned from a 2 night stay to meet family who are staying for a week. Room was spotless clean, everything you need for a self catering holiday. Modern furnishings. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Security deposit was returned with no issues. Yes there were stags and hens but we were not disturbed by them at all. Just a short stroll down to the main areas and we found a lovely little bar The cheap and cheerful on the way! I would definitely stay here again.

I don’t usually leave reviews however after reading all the horror reviews on this hotel prior to travelling I felt this was needed. Myself and my two friends have just returned today from a girly holiday in Benidorm. The hotel room was clean and had lots of space for us. We never encountered one rude member of staff. All the staff were polite and helpful. Yes we did pay €200 deposit on arrival however on checkout no check of the room was required and we received our deposit back no problem. Yes we had to take the bins out and ***** the beds but for the price of the hotel I can’t grumble about that. Can’t really fault this hotel is my served it purpose for somewhere to get our heads down at night. Would I stay here again ? Yes I would.

The apartment was dirty blood on walls, I wouldn’t recommend this place if your looking for a quite holiday people parting till 8am and smashing things up, people throwing things over balcony when your walking past one of the worst places iv every stayed

Came here for a hen weekend and after reading reviews didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Clean, fresh rooms. Comfortable beds. Balcony with clean tables and chairs. Yes there are charges for things such as no room key, security deposit etc but when it is full of stags and hens it’s understandable. As long as the room is left tidy and your rubbish is put out in the bin there’s no issue. The only complaint I would make is there is 1 particular staff member that was really unfriendly and quite rude but the rest were fine.

Booked with jet2 3 night stay, self catering apartment was clean,sofa bed was comfortable very hot shower reception area has a small cafe/bar for drinks and snacks. Didn't use pool area as it wasn't warm enough staff we came across friendly and helpful, short walk down a hill to all bars/restaurants sea front good value for what we payed. Only negative was having to pay 200 euros x3 for rooms in case of any damage (friends at different hotel also charged same amount apparently its the norm in benidorm) jet2 should make you aware when booking take photos of any when you arrive,was refunded on departure no problems.
