Cute place. Clean & close to Georgia Southwestern University where my daughter is

Friebdly staff. Great breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. We liked the refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers. Hotel well insulated from extra noise.

In a word this property is a dump. Pealing paint, broken bathroom fixtures, loose carpet tiles, splotchy paint, old and very tired furniture. We booked this property based solely upon the reputation of Hilton/Hampton Inn - that reputation is now diminished in our eyes.

A one night stay while dropping our son off to college. An older hotel that had a partial refurbishment at some point. Parts of the hotel were shabby - walls, door frames, furniture. Reception staff were friendly.

It was an ok stay the heat did not work. Reported to front desk at checkout. The room was older and can use some updating.

I was disappointed in the condition of the room. Walls peeling, shower in need of work, needs replacing.

it was a nice stay with over friendly staff but from being from the east coast it was just different for me. It was a nice change. I would stay here again. Thank you staff

Hotel staff was best ever—so friendly and helpful from desk, kitchen and cleaning. One bed had frame protruding slightly which bumped my leg. Automatic doors on front closed too quickly and bumped my fragile wife. Just beware those two things and stay will be wonderful with nice staff!

This property is safe location and the staff was pleasant. The rate is not worth the location, Hilton corporation should reconsider the hotel rate at this location. This is a small town with no local attractions.

AC was not working properly. I could not get the temp below 77 degrees. The room was very difficult to sleep in, Gave the desk the info at check out and he seemed to not care or do anything about it for the next guest.

Convenient. Welcoming staff. Clean room. Could even smell the cleanser in room on arrival. Delicious and orderly breakfast. The kitchen director was very friendly, and on top of keeping food stocked and area clean. A couple of crawlies, but what do you expect in lmost 100 degree heat? They're looking for the cool, too. Good room location ! Overallll a great stay. Heat advisory our so they offered water at departure.

Good stay in Americus GA. No issues other than the exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom. Could smell a faint odor and saw what appeared to be mildew on walls. I did not report because I’m sure housekeeping has seen this a dozen times and no one addressed. I’d stay here again as I felt comfortable, safe and the staff was professionally. Great breakfast too.

The clerk could not locate my correct reservation! A big water walked across the floor, it came underneath our door! The shower floor was just nasty! We had to place a towel on the shower floor to bathe

The staff was very nice. The property is a little older and needs a bit of an update. Room was clean. Did approach front desk about toilet not flushing well. No one came to room to fix or check on issue. Left next morning so notified the front desk again about the issue with the toilet. Hopefully is was fixed before next guest checked in.
