The entry is unfinished, the bedroom had an empty pop bottle on the floor and food, the table on the balcony had the old food on it. The location is great in the middle of Kerrytown very central and an easy walk to University of Michigan central campus. There are two parking structure within a block.

Very clean and easy access. Would’ve given 5 stars but you have to park in a garage right next to the hotel which cost $28 a day to park there.

We had a good stay overall, because the location is great. There are a few things I'll note though: the place needed a good vacuuming, there was dust and hair on the floors, we noticed it on our socks! There's a number of chipped paint spots/scuffs on the doors and walls (inside bathroom, hallway). There was no dish soap and the bathroom toiletries weren't fully filled. A mirror in each bedroom would be helpful for getting ready, the only mirror is in the bathroom. There were plastic shot glasses left on the terrace from a previous guest. More attention to cleaninliness details would be good.

Upon Arriving the place lacked on cleanliness. The shower drain was filled with hair from the previous stay, there was no soap in the shower dispenser, and the closet door was broken. when I reached out to them, they wouldn't grant me any type of refund because it was after I had left when I reached out to me even though I provided pictures. I did not feel like a valued guest especially after I had to unclog the drain myself in order to shower.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants, campus, stadium! Bed was comfortable…futon a little stiff, but ok. Garbage truck at 6 am is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Garage parking convenient.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s the perfect location to get around the city.

This place was excellent for our visit. We were able to walk to the stadium without any problem. We had local shops and restaurants within walking distance to our place. It was excellent and would definitely make a repeat visit. The staff was responsive when we had an issue. They remained in communication with us until the issue was resolved. Thank you for a great stay. The snow was an extra bonus.

This is not a hotel. There was no maintenance personnel available. The heat did not work. I talked to someone on the phone who was very nice but unable to help me. Told me she could maybe get someone there the following morning. I ultimately downloaded the heating equipment manual and fixed it my self. Also the check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10:30am is inconvenient. The locks automatically turn on/off at that time.

The location was amazing. The size of the studio was a plus. The unit floor wasn’t terribly clean and there was a lot of noise in the building both nights I was there. I wore earplugs and used a white noise app on my phone but still had trouble sleeping.
