レジデンス ル マルリー(Résidence le Marly)

We planned to stay here for the last night of our trip so we could go into Geneva for the evening. When we arrived there was a very festive Chris**as market right outside the door, so we stayed in Annemasse and had the best time at the market! Everyone was so friendly as well. We had trouble getting in the main door because Google translate took out the last part of the code (beware if you use this feature!) This was totally our fault, but the owner was very quick to respond and help us figure it out. Very close to public transportation which made it easy to get to the airport (or downtown Geneva if you wanted.) Stores and restaurants closeby as well. We were worried about it getting cold with all of the big beautiful windows but the radiators worked really well!

Clean apar**ent. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Some confusion on check in with keys but resolved quickly.

It was absolutely brilliant nice and clean apar**ent, communication was brilliant even came late they were there to help us. Will definitely recommend and location is soo good.

We struggled to access the building after finally finding it on a pedestrianised area with no nearby parking.WhatsApped the owner( their preferred method of communication)- never heard back from them. The dirty sheet on ( heavily stained)sofa bed hadn’t been removed- discovered stained under- cover.*****ped it off to discover much worse mattress. Cutlery,crockery,pans,kitchen cupboards dirty- cups stuck to shelf which was filthy.Pans had food on them( not just a speck- one completely vile and unusable).The 4 mugs(6 of us) were stained and/ or chipped.Freezer part of fridge dirty- iced up. Used soap in shower ( dirty) soap dish. Hole in the lining of microwave door. Messaged ********** - spent ages online ( silver user) but for some reason they couldn’t find my booking( although clearly had taken money for it). Email from owner whilst we were there requesting money. Altogether not an experience we’d have chosen to start the new year.

The apar**ent was simple and clean, and the building had a fast lift and good security. Overall it's a very good value. It's close to the train station and bus connection to downtown.

We came from Houston, TX in the USA. Our family of five… this place exceeded our expectations and definitely recommend!

Appartement livide, sale avec un chauffe eau vide a l'arrivée.Les équipements sont inexistants (1 bol et 1 verre) les outils de cuisine sont usés jusqu'à la moelle. Le frigo est cassé... La Connexion internet vendu ne marche pas au 4 ème étage.
