I just wanted to leave a review to express my gratitude for all you and the team did to make my Grandmother and my stay as special as you could. Sadly, I didn’t manage to catch everyone’s names, but I’d like to pass on my thanks to each of the team that made our stay spectacular. Firstly, a special thank you to you Pela, for organising the incredible room we had, I truly was shocked and it was all we could have hoped for and more. That alongside the drinks and fruit on arrival and in the room really surprised my Grandmother and she was very impressed, so thank you so much. I’d also especially like to thank the lady on reception, she could not have done anymore for us and was always smiling and happy to help with any questions we had, she even rescued us when we managed to lock ourselves out on the terrace! The gentleman that looked after us for the Easter BBQ and at meal times, again I didn’t quite catch his name but he looked to be a senior position and I know he had a daughter and 2 dogs! The effort made to greet us each day and time spent talking to us about the easter traditions on the day of the BBQ was greatly appreciated and we really felt welcomed by him. Marco and Kris were a couple of the names I did manage to catch, however there was also a lady (that wore a blue jumper) and another male waiter, all of them waiting on us hand a foot, they really enhanced the luxury feel to our stay and again always met us with a smile and polite conversation, which was again greatly appreciated, and my Grandmother appreciated particularly! Yannis the bar man was exceptional, his cocktails we’re also some of the best I have ever tasted and his vibrant energy really created an enjoyable evening! He also managed to get some blankets for us when my Grandma became chilly whilst in the bar area which was a lovely touch (and meant we were able to sample a few more of his delicious beverages!). Every single one of the room attendants/ cleaners greeted us with a friendly Kalimera and did a lovely job keeping our room tidy and beds made, always a nice touch to have on holiday. I’d like to pass on a special thanks to Manos who drove us to Knossos when the excursion was arranged for our private guide to show us around, Manos was so polite and helpful we felt very safe with him, and he looked after us well walking us to meet the guide and waiting for us when we finished. I appreciate that this would not have been the usual practice for the hotel to take guests, but truly without your team organising it my Grandmother would not have managed to get to Knossos Palace and experience the rich history of the site, so for this I am eternally grateful to all involved! This was a true luxury holiday, all that I could have hoped for from my Grandmothers first time abroad in over 16 years, I’m not sure we’ll ever manage to top this one- you’ve set the bar very high! 😊 Many thanks to you all again, I hope to see you again in the future!

Just returned from this lovely hotel and it’s amazing staff, it sits a few steps away from the beach and choice of fantastic restaurants. From the minute we arrived we were looked after and Pela made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish, breakfast was fantastic with a menu to suit everyone served very professionally by Nicos and his staff. A beautiful new hotel that is run by caring staff and is worthy of its 5 stars.

Lovely 5 star hotel rooms amazing 6 stars for the staff, everyone of them never seen one without a smile for u. Management only want the best for your stay and can’t help u enough, Awesome Restaurant and bar staff nothing is to much trouble, now the food is above and beyond amazing the hardest part if u stay to long is not being able to decide what u want for your last meal Costas thank you , Outsatnding all round will be back without adoubt thank you to you all from Tony & Clare Adams

Well what can we say. Such an amazing hotel and staff. Stayed for seven nights and made extremely welcome from arrival to leaving. Such a beautiful hotel with amazing views. Special mention Lina and Linda but all the staff were amazing. Rooms cleaned every day. Exceptional cuisine.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now and I apologise to the castello infinity suites staff for the delay.....myself and My partner stayed for 10 nights last month and all I can say is......there is not enough words In this world to describe how amazing this place is....it is simply AMAZING. From arrival to checkout we enjoy every second. The restaurant manager Vasilis (excuse me if I've spelt it wrong) was outstanding and so are all the staff....I wish I could remember all there names and im sorry I don't but every single staff member were so professional and polite and made is so welcome. The reception staff also outstanding. Food was incredible. Our room was so so beautiful. Our pool on the balcony was stunning with sea view. Then best of all my partner proposed on the Saturday night we were there and when we got back to our room there was a bottle of champagne to celebrate. We were so grateful for that. It made us feel so so special. I could honestly go on forever about this hotel. You will not he disappointed. Last but not least we also want to say thank you the house keeping staff who were also amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were fantastic. Thank you castello infinity suites for our amazing holiday ❤

Wow! We stayed for 4 days. The hotel is marvelous! ! Beautiful hotel near the beach All the rooms have a private pool No kids around. So it’s really relaxing . The food is excellent. But the stuff. Oh my god! They are amazing! Never meet such a nice stuff that will do everything to make you feel good. Especially Jorge the manager. Big applause to all of them Highly recommend

Are you staying in Crete? If the answer is yes then please look no further than the Castello infinity suites because I will assure you that you will not regret it. Fantastic place, clean, tidy, great decor and I’ll come onto the staff later. Our room had an infinity pool, arrived to a very clean room and during our 6 Day stay everyday our room was cleaned and towels replenished and was restored to perfect state. We had breakfast every morning and it was a quick service, with great Menu choice and something for everyone. We also had Dinner which again phenomenal. Drinks both alcohol and soft are high quality and great quality. NOW onto the staff… we have travelled to many countries and by far the service received at this hotel is 10/10!!! Polite, helpful, always smiling, very clear spoken English language, and they do their upmost to help. I cannot find fault in any of our 6 day stay. We do not know all the names of the staff but 4 persons we encountered a lot was George Ioannidis the Hotel’s Operation Manager who is the most professional, kind, helpful and polite person we’ve met in the customer service world. We met a female waitress who served and she again delivered outstanding service, then another male who served us a lot again also very high standards of presentation when serving. Lastly we’d like to comment on the female who works at reception whom again is very helpful, knows how to greet guests and always smiling. I had planned to propose to my now fiancée and George Ioannidis and staff helped make the dream come to life. They worked very very hard to make it a special and romantic occasion and no request I made was too big or too hard. They have left not only a great representation of Crete but also their hotel. When we come Back to Crete we will not stay Anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff who have made our stay perfect your hard work is appreciated.

We arrived to Castello hotel Emmanuela and Antonia at the reception was amazing The manager of the hotel Giorgos meet us at the reception and give us the best service that u can’t imagine and take care for any request For all our period. Breakfast and dinner very reach and high level and the view is front the beautiful beach The chef Costas is the best -and know to do food that correct to your special requests ( vegetarian ,diet food ) The amazing team of the food and beverage: Paula,Lina,foteini,Marko,savvas, It’s the best service I get ever in my life : With a lot of smile, warm and makes comfortable feeling. Don’t miss the BB in the room -it’s special and fun.
