Хороший отель, но не для пляжного отдыха!!! Шикарное лобби и зона рецепшин!!! Отличная еда и обслуживание!!! Совершенно не продуманная территория, все очень не удобно, плохие бассейны и зоны рядом с ними, очень плохие матрасы и подушки , плохая звукоизоляция номеров!!! Сюда можно ехать только как бизнес отель на 1-3 дня!!! Третий день просим сделать нам поиграть волейбольную площадку, но только одни обещания, все уже покалечились на ней!!! Для пляжного отдыха отель не рекомендую!!!

This is hotel is amazing. I came for the second time with my family. The renovation makes it modern. The employees are polite , helpful. I thank also the animation team , they are so funny and professional , James hasan and furkan made our holidays perfect

I have NO words. This should be a RENOVATED ,LUXURY 5* Hotel. I really dont know, why this Hotel has a 5*: All i can say it was dirty, smelly, old, and loud. I havent seen any renovated rooms. We had to change 3 rooms, and all war dirty, smelly and old. You better do not go with your Pet, they will put you in the worst room they have. We have with us a small 2 kg dog - he is a small and clean baby - we payed extra for him 290€ for one week, and i am wondering why? He did not get any food, or extra Bed......the Room was dirty, so he coulnd even walk on the Floor. Thank god they have sleepers, other way - you will have dirty feed. Beds are hard and old, closets smells awful, the loudnes in hotel is until 1 am. You can not sleep, you can not relax. We choose this hotel during the exelent evaluation and because it is renovated. So they say, but i did not see any renovated thing - maybe the dining area. The only good think was the food. When i complained to the Hotel - all they did was a apologie. So if you are looking for renovated, clean, luxury, peacefully, and friendly Hotel - do not go there.

This is probably one of the best hotels and holidays we’ve had as a family! I have nothing to complain about and I’m not even exaggerating the food, service, staff we’re all so helpful and friendly. The P assistant was really accurate. I would especially like to thank all the team at kids club - Busra, Emine, Cennet and both Betuls, we had so much fun thank you for everything, we will definitely be coming again!

Our Holiday were just perfect! Terrific location, amenities and food with some of the best service we have seen in a family resort. Everything about this hotel is impressive, from the setting to the choice of restaurants and quality of them, as well as the many different activities. What really differentiates is the quality of the staff. Huge thanks to Miss Sevda Imani the assistant manager,for her great service and creating nice memories for us. Miss Sevda Imani is highly professional in her job. Special thanks to our private assistants Miss Maryam and Mr Yashar.they are extraordinary in their service. A fabulous resort with exceptional people who go the extra mile.

Second visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint at all. We have been in touch with the hotel prior to our arrival and even though we had some issues with the reception staff. It was sorted out and we got our room in the morning. We enjoyed the hotel and stayed on the 9th floor like last time and it was amazing. We came a bit early this year and you could see the season wasn’t started yet therefore the activities wasn’t that many. I have to thank James mr Togo - he is the definition of good vibes. Lovely and positive guy and was very welcoming and a nice guy. Our kids are 3 & 6 and they loved the kids club. The staff is amazing there and took good care of our little ones. A special thanks to Betül x 2 and Cennet. My kids loved to spend time with you. We had some great experiences in the A la carte restaurant- Fellini was so nice and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday and Ömer was just the perfect waiter and made our day special together with our P assistants Derin, Emre and Sila. In the main restaurant our regular waiter, Ali ulusoy was the best. So service oriented and always with a positive mindset - he should teach the other guys how to work effectively and always with a smile. We enjoyed our 9 days stay and hopefully will be back for sure.

hello,first of all,your hotel is excellent,your bar team is friendly and caring.you have one bartender (EVRIM) I visited 4 hotels ,but with his show , poise and cocktails he is by far the best bartender of the 4 hotels .l have not seen such a bartender for a lobg time l think he must be indispensable in this hotel best regards,Eıcardas
