Disappointed! It is our last night of the 10 nights stay. The biggest challenge was the language barrier. Maximum 3 members of staff speaking English. But everybody speaking Russian. Lots of rude Russian tourists, jumping all the queues, but all the staff treating them better. This evening we decided not to have dinner as my daughter has been suffering with sickness and diarrhoea for 2 days and we didn't want to leave her alone for too long. We decided to take 2 drinks from the restaurant and have them outside. We were told we weren't allowed to take the glasses with us. Do you think the lady at the door understood a word of what I told her? I highly doubt it. Both me and my husband slipped and fell by the pool. I hurt my hip and it still hurts after 5 days of anti inflammatories and 5 medical massages. My husband hurt one toe and the hotel nurse used an app to understand we were just asking her if it was broken. The only good things were the baklava s, massages, the weather and the pools. These immense language barrier and even rudeness of the staff (because they couldn't understand a word and they were talking to us in Russian) left me disappointed. Especially Isa- one of the members of staff from the pizza counter- his arrogance and rudeness are above any limit, being always unhappy I was asking for food for 3 persons (as we are a family of 3), but really helpful with other tourists in front of us. We did try not to let anything ruining our holiday. Until now....

Das Villa Augusto Boutique Hotel ist ein einzigartiges Paradies in ganz Alanya. Ich und meine Partnerin haben sehr spontan gebucht. Beim eintreten in das Hotel wird man schon überwältigt von der extrem schönen Einrichtung welche sehr Edel ist. Yunus Bey hat mit uns zuerst eine kleine Führung durch die Hotel Anlage gemacht. Dieses Hotel hat 20 Zimmer. Es garantiert Diskretion und Privatsphäre. Es ist ideal zur Entspannung. Jedes Zimmer ist einem einzigartigem Stil nachempfunden,so Dezent und erstklassig hochwertige Möbel habe ich in der Türkei noch nicht gesehen. Über die Sauberkeit des ganzen Hauses und speziell den Zimmern (unseres hat 65m²) schreibe ich nicht, den alles glänzt. Das freundliche Personal Arbeitet sehr diskret, niemals aufdringlich, aber immer da wenn man etwas benötigt. Beim Frühstück wird ein sehr feines Buffet serviert das eine große Auswahl an frischen Fleisch- und Käsesorten beinhaltet. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas vorhanden. Das Abendessen welches am Strand bei Kerzenlicht serviert wurde ist jedesmal ein Highlight gewesen und hat dem Tag einen perfekten Abschluss gemacht. Jeden Abend gibt es 3 Menüs zur Auswahl. Das Servicepersonal ist nicht zu unterscheiden von einem 3 Sterne Restaurant. Der Pool ist befüllt mit Salzwasser und obwohl ich eigentlich mehr Zeit im Meer verbringe war ich fast ausschließlich im Pool weil er eine perfekte Temperatur hat und extrem sauber ist. Die Größe ist gut zum Bahnen schwimmen. Der Garten ist wunderschön hier sind exotische Pflanzen die perfekt gepflegt sind. Ich könnte hier über jeden einzelnen Punkt etwas positives schreiben. Aber es ist viel besser wenn Sie kommen und es selbst erleben. Wir waren das erste Mal hier und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank an den Hotelier Yunus Bey und Ilyas Bey der die Serviceleitung hat. Und selbstverständlich das komplette Personal von der Küche bis zum Housekeeping. Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub an den wir sehr lange denken werden. Mikail Soykök

I arrived here with my partner and friend late at night (it took an hour an half from the airport using private transfers)! We were checked in and helped to our room. We had friends join us the next day who had 3 children, 1 of them with autism who found it very difficult to eat due to it not being food friendly towards children. They had nuggets once out of 10 days! The room is decent, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Although the single bed felt as though it would break at the slightest weight on it. Mini fridge had a couple drinks in it (doesn’t seem to get refilled). Breakfast - not the worst as they had pancakes and toasties most mornings, but besides that it was rubbish, who eats broccoli or cauliflower for breakfast?? Lunch - most times we ate at the bistro where they had chicken burgers, pizza etc due to the restaurant being a crap selection nothing catered for the British. Dinner - This was the worst, name cards on half of the foods so we didn't know what everything was. Mostly salad and fish - we didn't like fish. There was always chips, onion rings or whatever they were but that gets tiring to eat all the time and the bistro closes at 6pm so most nights we had to go out to eat which can get expensive. The desserts are basically for show, since they tasted awful. The “cocktails” are a sorry excuse! Done differently every time and the alcohol tasted like gone off nail polish remover (the fake kind in the UK). The juice was okay but sometimes it was so weak like it had been watered down. Soup and bread is served during the night from dinner finish to breakfast opening. The soup is lovely no complaints. Animation team and DJ are good throughout the daytime, always something on unless its Sunday then animation team seem to have the day off i think which is not a problem. The night time entertainment was pretty rubbish, sometimes in the amphitheater which is terrible if you have prams. We were bored most nights. During our stay we were swarmed with loads of school kids/dancers which was infuriating!! They were barging into people, running around unattended, knocking on peoples rooms at 2/3/4 am in the morning and staff did nothing when complained too! My friend was in the lift with her son in the pram, when she tried getting out at the bottom a load of kids rushed in and wouldn’t let her out, shes had to basically scream at them to get out, it was awful! The staff do not listen to you unless you’re russian/turkish. The clothing shop in the hotel next to the restaurant also scam you. All in all we would definitely not be returning and would not recommend it at all to any British person!

I went to Antalya for some dental treatment, so booked an all inclusive hotel. We do not normally book all inclusive, and was a little apprehensive, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were absolutely fantastic, couldn’t do enough, filling up our coffees and wine if they got low. Bringing me ice packs for the swelling etc. always cheerful and helpful. The staff were exceptional in ensuring the cleanliness of all the facilities. The food was very tasty, with lots of choices of mainly Turkish and European and an excellent choice of BBQ food every evening eg beef or chicken kebabs, perfectly cooked fresh fish and a great choice of charred veg. They do not serve a typical English fry up at breakfast but lots of continental foods, cereals, fresh eggs, omelettes, waffles,beef sausages etc. The breads were fantastic as were the puddings. The room was cleaned every day and bedding and towels changed regularly. We will definitely stay at the Falcon when we go back in June for further treatment. Excellent experience..
