My partner and I stayed at Capelongue for our honeymoon and had the most perfect time! We were greeted with a lovely bottle of rosé champagne to kick off our romantic stay. First, the space and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking and instantly relaxing. Beyond the stunning natural landscape, the interior designers and architects truly left no stone unturned with this building. We were blown away by every little detail that made the space feel natural yet elevated. Next, the incorporation of local products, produce, and wines made us feel like we lived in the region. More than anything else, though, we felt wholly taken care of by the phenomenally kind, caring, and courteous staff members. Somehow they made sure we had everything we could possibly need without us noticing, making our lives feel joyous and easy every day. We must give a major shoutout to Marco who is an absolutely lovely person. He greeted us with kindness and made us feel like he was as happy to be there as we were. We can also not speak highly enough about Lauren, sommelier. Lauren could not be a more charismatic and lovely person to speak with, and she is trailblazing the wine industry. Her selected wine pairings for our incredible dinner at La Bastide blew us away. Her knowledge and passion for wine is unmatched. We will be back just to reconnect with her next summer! Finally, the location is fantastic if you are looking to do some exploring in the region. We visited Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, and Lourmarin to explore their local markets and restaurants, and easily traveled to Seneca Abby to see the lavender fields. Could not recommend Capelongue more!

Stayed here with my wife for a few short days. This place is magical! The dinner we had was just over the top. I had a vegetarian tasting menu and my lovely wife had a standard tasting menu paired with wine. What an extraordinary experience. The grounds, the pool, the staff are in a class by themselves. If you want a real Provence Experience this is the place to go. Did not want to leave Warren C / NYC - USA

We stayed four nights as when we were here in June 2019 we wished we could stay longer. The hotel is an absolutely beautiful setting overlooking Bonnieux with lovely manicured gardens of lavender and various shrubs and trees. The pool is lovely and a great way to enjoy a few hours each day. We were disappointed in the changes made by the new owners - eg. the breakfast dining area used to be decorated in Provençal furniture and had an amazing buffet that was beautiful to look at, let alone eat. The breakfast is fully served and is fantastic but the furniture not as quaint. It was disappointing that they were unable to have their Bastide restaurant open due to staff shortages as we had so enjoyed it on our last visit. The cafe is beautiful in the evening especially but a limited menu. They have only been reopened for a few weeks and we could actually see their staff becoming more confident over our four days. Our pool server from Burundi made our afternoons even more lovely. It was an overall lovely experience. Walking in to Bonnieux for dinner is only a short distance and pretty to watch the sunset from town over the Luberon and we were lucky enough to return to a full moon over the beautifully lit hotel .

Beautiful, romantic and a pure delight Enjoying every luxury this peaceful place has to offer. Our bike trip brought us here. Through lavender fields and olive groves. Pool is beautiful and clean. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights after being recommended by helpful Hanis a staff member at Hotel Le Moulin Lourmarin. Capalongue gave us fond memory of a beautiful Provencal village experience with friendly staff and excellent service. The breakfast was a standout with fresh delicious healthy locally sourced produce esp the smoked trout, ham, prosciutto & goat yogurt. Staff members Max (at reception on our late night arrival check in on 6 June 2022), Imam (breakfast manager) and Noe were a credit to the hotel for their courteous reaching out service. The Junior Suite (on one level with no stairs) we stayed in was good size, comfortable, sunny, airy with beautiful garden/village view.

Relax, unwind, and re-energise. Culinary pampered; sincere service whenever & wherever. Authentic in design and architecture. Comfort - barefoot luxury. The spa is a " must visit". Bravo. We are going to be back.

Magnifique hôtel au cœur du Luberon avec un panorama grandiose. Chambres spacieuses à la décoration élégante mais sobre avec terrasse individuelle. Literie exceptionnelle. Parc paysager avec deux piscines dont un grand couloir de nage. Spa et bains romains. L’ensemble est neuf récemment rénové et parfaitement réussi. Petit déjeuner à la Bergerie de qualité. Un esprit village vacance au calme avec un luxe discret. Une réussite totale avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel hors du commun. Cela a été une très belle découverte. De l’accueil, aux chambres, le café, les restaurants « La Bergerie » « La Bastide » tout est fait pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Tout cet ensemble confère à revenir passer d’autres instants qui vous laissent des souvenirs impérissables. Nous avons retrouvé la qualité et l’accueil de l’hôtellerie française qui font honneur à notre pays. Nous avons pu converser avec le Chef en toute simplicité et découvrir sa passion pour son métier. L’étoile du guide Michelin est plus que méritée et préfigure une très belle carrière. ✍️
