酒店位置很好，視線很好，獨立海邊，房間位置都是面朝游泳池和海邊，有個小陽台，一層走出來兩三分鐘到海邊，早餐豐富。唯一不足的是房間太小，洗手間不顯乾淨，漏水設施不好，積水嚴重

Excellent location within walking distance of lovely restaurants and the beach. Our room had a good view and the staff were kind enough to upgrade us so we will be on the same floor as our friends. Clean rooms and good supply of towels when we requested. Breakfast was average and there are other restaurants available too. My main complaint is the amount of flies in the restaurant and the staff did not bother to do anything about it. A candle at each table would have resolved this. The shower cubicle was not draining well but we could still have our shower comfortably. There were people smoking and drinking by the poolside while there were children in the pool but the staff did not tell them to stop. The spa was not working so we had to walk to The Movenpick to use their spa. Overall a good hotel with room for improvement

Lovely beach location but nothing around. More like self sufficient village own Marina/water sports/shops. Food average main dining for HB feels like a canteen. Other restaurants not included in HB obviously much better. Rooms large but tired need updating. We found staff helpful and friendly. 7JD for a glass of local wine or small beer. Shuttle bus only once a day 3.20pm depart 8pm return to old town ‍♀️

Small room, stinky smelly towels, room telephone not working, no service at pool area , flies and insects, rude staff etc I thought we will not face any issues in a five star hotel but sadly I think they robbed our vacation and money I regret this very much

I proposed to my girlfriend in this amazing place. The staff were amazing and helpful and they made our experience unforgettable. The five courses dinner after the proposal was delicious. The DJ at heat wave, Ali (food manager), Yasmin (receptionist), and Amar were amazing and so so helpful. Special thanks to those who served us that night and cleaned. I will never forget that night and definitely will come back:

It’s was really bad experience over there We reserve by price and when we back, they increase the price,… in general not good In restaurant the customer service over there the lady was in the desk she don’t have any experience about how the customer services is !!! Never back..
