ホテル モロ ドス コンヴェントス(Hotel Morro Dos Conventos)

We booked in advance as a group of friends and family to spend the first week of Jan 2023 together. Though the hotel seemed simple on the website it was very well presented and seemed clean so a good choice for a family gathering. The reality is vey far from their website, hotel needs a huge revamp. Rooms though resonabky clean are old, very very dated and in need of significant maintenance. The choice of food at the pool is limited and expensive and you have to pay to get a towel to use at the pool. The bathrooms are particularly old and with no storage. I am sympathetic to the staff who are trying their best but the infrastructure and maintenance is just not there

The staff and service were great. The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. The bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but one of the doors was very hard to close. The windows were original to the era, so lots of wind would sneak in and the room was cold. They could have used a rubber gasket around the ends to ensure guest comfort. The breakfast buffet was so-so. Cold cuts included cheese and ham only. Only two types of fruit: papaya and cantaloupe. The coffee was bitter. Breads and cakes were very good. Location is hard to find at night, but the view and outdoor facilities are very nice. The view of the ocean is beautiful. There are two adjacent restaurants to the hotel and they looked very nice and clean. We did not eat there because our stay was very short. Overall, I do not think I would go back there. I give the place 2 stars because of the neglect.

The pool is fantastic and the pool area has an incredible view! The music Friday and Saturday night was awesome! We had a great time sitting by the pool with drinks and listening to the talented singers! The rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms are not comfortable, the shower is very small! But we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. Also had great restaurants in the area you could walk to! We will stay here again.

Local com visual indescritível. Mas o atendimento é ruim. O time da recepção é ótimo. No entanto, o atendimento do Bistrô é terrível. Pedimos mais um copo e o garçom virou as costas. Atendentes não dão um sorriso e não dão boa noite. Quartos razoavelmente confortável.

Fiquei hospedado nas cabanas e me decepcionei. Estrutura velha, cheiro de velho, Wi-Fi não pegava e nem área direito, iluminação péssima. Não tinha como ficar ali, só pra dormir mesmo. Único ponto bom da cabana é que o ar funcionava (mínimo k). Café da manhã era bom. Atendimento de uma mulher péssimo na recepção, mas tinha um menino super atencioso e rápido. Única coisa que aproveitamos foi a parte externa do hotel

,pior estadia da minha vida. os banheiros fedem a esgoto os quartos são sujos mau atendimento e a comida é ruim frigobar enferrujado a piscina térmica tem limo por toda a parede e a de fora tem as bordas amarelas de tanta sujeira fora as pulseiras que além de serem inúteis são super desconfortáveis , as únicas coisas boas deste hotel é a localização e o senhor do café fora isso

Pior hotel da vida! Hotel fede muito,banheiros pessimos e podres,gerente mas serve para boneco de posto do que para qualquer outra coisa,quando solicitamos sua atenção deu de costas literalmente para os hóspedes,nos deixando falar sozinhos,sentimento de enganação,fotos que se tem do hotel não correspondem a sua estrutura,tirando o senhor Domingos que atende no café e a senhora da cozinha,o resto não serve nem pra bosta! Esse hotel está igual ao titânic! Sinto pelas pessoas que ainda terão essa péssima experiência!

Muito bom, más prá alta temporada, muita coisa em manutenção, academia, sauna, piscina reduzida.

Ruim, hotel com alas fechadas, como sala de jogos, sauna, etc, sem uma explicação plausivel. Hotel localizado a cerca de 10 km do centro de Araranguá e não possui serviço de almoço, nem convenio com estabelecimentos locais, tendo que deslocar-se a outras praias ou retornar até a cidade. quarto muito limpo e asseado, mas chuveiro não funcionava a contento (pingos mesmo abrindo tudo), TV só para decoração , não funcionava, assim como na maioria dos quartos, enfim, num período chuvoso o que sobrou foi a leitura de livros que tinhamos levado. Os funcionários atenciosos, mas via-se que não tinham autorização para tomadas de decisões que ao menos amenizassem os problemas.
